The colosseum, Roman forum, and palatine hill were beautiful. We also did the Borgia Gallery experience. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and kind. The customer service I received was also very top notch in getting a couple of hotels booked in Rome and also Venice. We used pretty much every service this pass offered. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The most exciting intimate experience into the life of the Borghese family along with wine and food for the night. Alessandro and his colleague were amazing explaining the history, intriguing our thoughts and giving us a whole experience. Would love to visit again.

The whole experience was pretty good. The tours and the service from the primo pass were a great help.

We did the Borgia experience and it was incredible!

We learn a lot about the Borgias, the wine, and just had a great night of chatting and history.

Henry was incredible, it is amazing to have an actual archeologist as your guide.

Totally recommend!

This was an awesome tour. Henry was an outstanding storyteller. Wonderful detail, presentation, and history. Both guides are very personable and made us feel very welcomed. Definitely well worth the time and effort. 5-star tour for sure!!!!

When we were first saw the opportunity to use ItaliaPass Primo, our first reaction was "What's the catch. This sounds too good to be true." Simply put, this is a loss leader for the Italia family of companies. If you are going to Italy, jump on it. The tours are priced comparably and our drivers were all locals with great insigths about Tuscany and Rome. Five of us bought the Primo Pass for $99 and we each received $150 refunds before we left Italy. The $5 off train tickets basically covers the Italia Rail service charge. (It's $5 per order, not ticket) We went from Rome Airport to Roma Termini, and we hat do wait about two hours for our first train. This is when we used the Italia Rail Lounge, and it was a welcome respite after our flight. The free skip the line passes to the Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill were another $22 savings each, TIP: Don't follow the crowd upon existing the Colosseum to access the Forum/Hill. Long lines and tour groups. Go left instead and use the entrance with zero lines) But the greatest surprise was the Borgia Gallery. However, if I was PrimoPass, I would rename it the Borgia Cellars. Because that's what it is, they have access to a private apartment that was once part of or built over the Borgia Palace cellars. They do have some nice art on the walls, but the cellars along with a presentation about the Borgias, wine tasting, complimentary appetizers and drinks along with great conversations with the staff, made this a special night. It is too good, but it is True.

From the discounts, for Italia Rail and Italia Tours and all the additional benefits you need this. What really makes it worth while is the help that you receive from the personal travel counselor to help you plan your trip to the outstanding support team to help you take advantage of all the benefits that come with the membership. Each time I have contacted support I have been so impressed by the quick response and care that they have for the member. They are outstanding!!! you must join if planning a trip to Italy.
The special event that was hosted at Borgia Gallery was fantastic. Our host was so informative and the staff helping were so pleasant and accommodating. They made this a very special experience. This is a must experience while in Rome. Alessandro was such a great host. He was so informative and knowledgeable. As a Master Somalia has not only gave us a history lesson but also gave us a lesson in wine tasting. Such a great experience. Thank you so much. Loved it!!!!!!

A very unique experience in the underground of Rome! The hosts did a great job taking us back into time for some hours- paired with a lovely aperitivo!
I’ve never been to a tour like this before and definitely recommend going !
