Avoid at all costs! They are a scam company! They will pressure you into buying a package by stating that the refund process is super easy if you change your mind. We purchase a package on January 17 in due to personal reasons we canceled on January 23. They said they will return the money in 5 to 7 business days. It didn’t happen. They have given 1 million excuses only to finally say it was overlooked by the accounting department. When I spoke to them last they said it will be refunded by the end of the business day. That was a week ago.

Terrible. Avoid at all cost to book with this scamming company. Their sales person will pull your past travel information associated with Hilton Grand Vacations or other agencies and tell you this company works with them. Once booked, your money is withdrawn in a minute after phone call. They tell you that the refund will be processed with no issues if canceled within 30 days. BUT that's not true. I'm still waiting for refund after over a month and half since cancelation. DO NOT fall for their sweet deal talk.

They present themselves as "affiliated with RCI" of which we are members...and sold us a trip to Florida that had a 30 day cancellation fee. They were sending the package of our options for hotels and resorts "right away" ...that was June 26th. Have not received a thing. I have emailed them to cancel as of today 7/13/18 and requested a full refund. Still waiting for a response. I will NEVER buy one of these "special Offers" again. Rather pay the full price and make my own reservations directly at the hotels. Don't fall for this scam. Fortunately, this was $298.00. If I don't hear from them, I will call my CC company and retract the payment.

I purchased the $298 special that everyone here has stated. I called many times to schedule an vacation date. "Computer systems are always down and a manager will always call you back" or not. Remember you have 18 months to schedule your dates via mail, or fax. They may have a full mail box or no ink in the fax machine. I recommend not using them if possible.

This has to be the WORST travel associated transaction I have ever experienced. The salesman (Richard I believe was his name) was nice and reviewed things properly. I was somewhat hesitant due to health concerns in my family. He assured me that I could cancel the transaction (validated October 3, 2017)with no problem. Well, that DID NOT turn out to be the case. I sent an email on October 4, 2017 cancelling the transaction because of my husbands health. Unfortunately, I dealt with TRISTA, and that is where the entire process went south. She said the "paperwork had just been mailed to me and I would need to return it before they could cancel the transaction". Oddly, they can take your money in 30 seconds but it takes 30 days to refund it?
We received and returned the packet on October 9. As of October 18, there had been no refund to my account. When I contacted Trista she said they had just received the packet on the 16th. and that it couild take up to 30 days to process the refund. This delay had not been mentioned at the time of purchase and I requested she step out of the box and process the refund immediately since I had complied with all her requests. I understand companies can wait for the full 30 days but that they do not have to do so. This is just a means for them to collect interest on the money consumers have provided to them. It is also a means by which a salesperson receives credit for the sale. As of today, October 28, I am still waiting for the refund. I would caution consumers to AVOID THIS COMPANY! Other than the salesman, they are unscrupulous, unethical and rude. They are not interested in providing a good experience for the consumer and seem to go out of their way to make the entire transaction unpleasant and a source of anxiety. If there was a rating I could give them is would be a MINUS 10!!

Not sure what others are talking about, not rude at all very professional, got what I wanted and had a blast with the family for the 298 package. If you want a refund on something you shouldn't have bought it to begin with in my opinion. Will def use them again when covid is under control.

the worst vacation package ever!!!!!!! its only worth getting ONLY if you are 30 year old male and making at least $60,000 Female must be 25 MARRIED and at least making $45,000 a year. They will not tell you this when they try to sale you the packet! SO BE AWARE!!!!!

After I payed, I could not get a response vis email or voicemails to my vacation request. I picked a date following their rules of 60 days in advance only to be ignored.
