Had a great time in Jamaica with these folks... they took great care of us and the events all went smoothly. We all had a blast and can't wait to go back for another event.

Terrible customer service! I broke my foot while in Jamaica and not only would they not help me coordinate getting around for the music events, they actually argued with me about whether or not I even notified anyone or asked for help. We literally wrote down my name and contact info and asked them to try to help find a wheelchair for me and they told me we never notified them and blamed me for not getting the help I needed. They saw me in the lobby struggling and ignored me.

On top of this they were consistently rude the entire time any time I asked anything from the moment we arrived. They were not knowledgeable about the package we had purchased from them and what was included. The only thing they did well was make the music happen. Even the shuttle bus service was much more limited than they implied and they waited until each bus was completely full, regardless of how long we had to sit there, because the buses were being operated by Jamaican Tours and they wanted maximum tips.

The only good service I got from Island Gigs was actually from the Jamaican Tours company they were working with and that was because the Jamaicans were working for tips.

Horrible, terrible, don't go if you want to pay a ton of money to a company that doesn't have your back when things go bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience in Jamaica with Island Gigs. They were able to arrange private tours for our group so that we were back in time to not miss a thing. I had a 5 star experience and cannot wait to use them again in the future.

Bad experience in jamaica for dark star. Transportation bus to and from the show was very reckless and dangerous. Reported to management who didn't seem to care. Will never book a trip with island gigs again
