There's absolutely no other boat co. I would take or recommend for routes and/or just getting to Star Island . They're professional, safe, friendly, and unlike many other companies that make their money via tourism, they somehow manage to make you feel like you're part of their crew . Captain Pete is the best, they're all the best !

This boat-tour company was fantastic. They operated on time and the rate was very fair. I felt safe on the clean Uncle Oscar boat. The captain gave a great talk about the islands and stopped to let us see a giant fish that was getting a sun tan at the surface of the ocean. I'll be back next season to ride again!

6 stars for the lovely cruise and 100 stars for the kindest, loveliest staff imaginable. The one we went on was Uncleoscar.com, cruise to star island.

Accommodated my mother's mobility difficulties graciously and effectively. Ride and island were lovely. Very reasonably priced at around $30 for a cruise to the islands. Expect to spend about 3 hours gazing at the lovely sights, optionally trekking around the island, and hearing historical anecdotes from Tom (the captain I think). Parking was easy and costs $5. Limited food on board, probably better to pack lunch, but food may be available on the island if you catch the early tour.

We had a perfect day for a cruise out to the Isles of Shoals. Our captain described the places we passed on the way out and back and led a walking tour of the main island. If you want to have lunch in the hotel dining room make a reservation well in advance. The snack bar was open in a tent on the lawn and had excellent lobster rolls but that doesn't always happen. So plan ahead if you want to buy lunch.

Didn't know what to expect. Me and my son don't venture out a lot. But was very fun. Will definitely go again. And the burgers on star island was literally the best burger I've ever had!

Great day taking my elderly parents out to Star Island. Capt. Tom and Darie (forgive me if misspelled) were very attentive and helpful. When we arrived at the island the captain gave us a a guided tour and history lesson geared to our interests...wonderful!

Fantastic cruise all around. Captain is very knowledgeable about the area, staff is helpful and courteous. You have time to explore the island.
