There were only 2 ladies,one with customers,the other one the phone for like 10 minutes,I arrived was not welcomed,I sat there waiting for someone who at least wave me with the hand to approach or ask me what I want.The lady on the phone again,when I ask if someone could help the lady on the phone,of course,didn't like to be interrupted,at the end couldn't solve my problem or send the package.ai love nearby and I have send several packages with this Agency but this time the rate is 0.

Yes it was your store that I call ok
And is nothing wrong with your business just need to be more productive with people like me calling to send money and the answer from the office on your store is, can you call later please we are attending other people now.
Wish i don't mind to do. but they should take my # and call me back.

This travel agency stands out from all the others, their service is excellent, they take care of all your travel needs from Hotel to car rental. They know all the wonderful Hotels and beautiful Sandy Beaches I've used other travel agency's in Miami but this one is the only one from now on that my family and I will use, I've recommended this agency to all my friends.

Their portfolio is very acute and diverse. Don’t hesitate to call if you have a doubt or problem. They speak Spanish and English as well.
