I absolutely adore this taxi company! Their reliability and exceptional service have never failed to impress me. They have always been there for me whenever I needed a ride, and they are always punctual. The vehicles are spotless and have a pleasant fragrance. I remember a time when they took me to the airport very early in the morning, assisting me with my luggage. Years ago, when another transportation service left me stranded, I reached out to them in a panic, and they promptly came to my rescue, ensuring that my children and I made it to our destination safely.

Typically, I prefer to give them a few days' notice for bookings, but on one occasion, I had a last-minute emergency and needed a taxi urgently. The driver, JOSE, went above and beyond to provide assistance. He was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, which significantly alleviated my stress. The female driver was also a delight to ride with, and we bonded over our shared experiences as mothers.

Overall, the team at this company is dedicated, accommodating, and genuinely kind-hearted. They perform their duties without complaints, and their professionalism shines through in every interaction. I am grateful to have such reliable and compassionate individuals to rely on for my transportation needs.

The dispatch was very helpful with questions. We were able to schedule a pick up the day before an appointment. Cab was in immaculate condition. Driver was very kind and professional. Drove safe and efficiently. They allow dogs/cats IN CARRIERS. They do not charge any additional fees on top of meter nor for one additional rider and the fare was CHEAP. We look forward to using this company in the future. Highly recommend!

Most times they’re great. You can call or text whatever you prefer. They’re in time at least 70% of the time though since drivers can be late and most are fairly impatient, a decent amount of them are friendly - I’ve only ever had 1 driver/dispatcher each that was ever rude and I’m pretty sure it was the same person. The only thing that really bothers me is how a $12 ride goes up to $16 and some change - especially when they all know I ALWAYS tip and how a shorter ride cost $20 and the longer was only $12 🤔

I've used this cab service on multiple occasions. Friendly, prompt service whenever I've called. I've never experienced a long wait time, as car usually picks me up 5-10 mins after requesting. Always have a friendly, respectful driver that made every trip feel safe and worry free! Prices are reasonable- I inquire cost ahead and compare prices with share ride services such as Uber or Lyft and sometimes only by $1 or so but always cheaper. Overall friendly prompt service and has definitely been a helpful resource while without a vehicle!

This cab service is very shady. They have an unlabeled silver camry doing fares with no meter charging different prices to the same place every time, a black labeled car with private car plates and no meter, and the one legal taxi cab they have has no meter. The DOT should investigate this scam company for illegal practices. Complaints have been submitted but since covid, good luck getting anyone in the regulatory and compliance unit.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered taxi the night before. Spelled out the street name multiple times but they messed it up so car showed up 35 min late (after I called to find out where the car was), which made me so late that I didn’t arrive at my location until 35 min late and thus missed my chance to take my first trip in two years. Called and told them they needed to come back and take me back to my starting point, which they did but then they wanted to charge me for it. No way. You make a mistake, cost me hundreds of dollars, and then you want me to pay you for your mistake? No. They even threatened to call the cops on me. For their mistake. Also, the car was absolutely filthy and smelled like urine. Use any other taxi service.

I use their service every other day to get back and forth to my job and I must say they are very convenient.. I use chat to contact them and they respond immediately with no delay.. They’re very friendly and have availability all the time.. I will definitely continue to use their service !!!
