Kay set up a once in a life time trip to Japan! She met with us and custom made the itinerary to fit around our needs and wants, pacing and locations were just right. For example we wanted to do unique sake tours, and she hooked us up famous ones and some hidden gems. Definitely coming back to her for the next one!

Kay is an amazing travel agent! She helped us plan a spectacular trip to Croatia! It would have taken way to much time to plan ourselves, and it wouldn't have been nearly as cool of an experience as she set us up with excursions, dinners, and tours that we wouldn't have been able to find ourselves. Kay and her team at Ippo Travel are amazing. I wanted to go some place close within the state for my 50th birthday, but had little to no info about the town. Kay was so helpful with sharing ideas for us and making recommendations on where to stay and eat. She helped to make my birthday a day to remember.
