From the first day, we arrived at the Intown Suites of Elk Grove, managed by the rudest manager I have ever dealt with named Blaired things were very bad. We arrived with our reservation (made by phone) for 4 people and when we got to the hotelwere informed the room we booked at least a week before had not been available for months and they only had a room for 2 people.
This forced my 2 other co-workers to make emergency and more expensive arrangements and put us in a very uncomfortable situation. The manager instead of apologizing and trying to find a solution was rude and this continued through our entire stay (at least 2 months). We had bad situations in the hotel from false fire alarms being activated multiple times at night and the heat not working one night in our room when we were in freezing temperatures we called all the numbers posted by the hotel and never got a human to answer our emergency calls. We were forced to call the police to seek help locating someone because we were freezing and the issue was never resolved. As a consequence, we got very sick the following days and ended up in an emergency room.
The following day when I told Blair about it all she said with her very fake smiley face was oh I am sorry, here is the number you should call when you have a problem and it was the same they never answered.
I have not complaints about the room except the refrigerator leaking tons of water and damaging my food often, but I never put a complaint since I am always busy working, therefore I will take some blame for not reporting this issue.
I do not have more time to keep writing our terrible experience dealing with the worst manager I have ever seen: Blair, a lady like this should never work with customers. I will write more reviews when I have the time to warn you about this place. Honestly, I beg the owner of this hotel to find someone who deserves a position Blair does not deserve. We felt very discriminated against, insulted, mistreated, and traumatized by the experience we went through with her when we had to leave the hotel.

I have been a guest of Intown Suites for almost a year. During this time, Blaire has managed the property. Blaire has superb hospitality and is a star at her job! We have felt at home and are grateful for her making our stay here comfortable.

"I've been a resident at InTown Suites in Elk Grove for the past four years, and during that time, I've seen a lot of changes here and also in management. Over the last six months, a new manager, Blaire, has truly stood out. Blaire not only manages the front desk but also takes on numerous maintenance duties. Her intelligence, kindness, and problem-solving skills shine through every interaction. She's always willing to go the extra mile, ensuring that residents feel at home and well taken care of. Blaires dedication has truly transformed my experience here for the better. Im talking about a young lady who's getting the job done. If you're looking for a place where management genuinely cares, Blaire sets the bar high. Highly recommended!"

Location was perfect for our needs, as was the layout of the room. Staff could have more considerate hours - office hardly ever there to answer the phone.
We bought a load of cleaning supplies - our room looked clean, but was not up to my wife's standards. She cleaned her butt off. Scrubbed walls, doors, window sills, cabinets, tub; mopped floors...we bought a small vacuum cleaner to do the two bedside rugs.
Once we had it cleaned to our standards, our 15 days there were very pleasant.

Technically I have no personal or business relationship with InTown Suites O'Hare because I was employed there but I was fired from my job at InTown Suites on 8-9-2024. I am a still staying there resisting eviction. I was terminated from my position as Property Attendant on 8-9-2024. I was also told I had to vacate the premises in 48 hours. I was given ridiculous reasons for the termination and eviction. The new manager has no right to just fire me for no justifiable reason. They should not give me just 48 hours to vacate the property, either. I was given a room to work out of while working at InTown Suites, but also paid for an additional room. Never a problem paying for the room.
