With a title like integrity, it's impossible not to feel safe. They've gone above and beyond for my family, and if you're looking for a rental, you'll find more. They have respect and compassion for their tenants and act extremely fast when the tenant is faced with home repairs or regular maintenance of the property equipment (toilet, stove, etc). That's not to say these properties have substantial work. I love this company and hope the next tenants will, too! We've been with integrity for a few years, and I haven't had a complaint.

I have never rented from such a great management company, they are definitely an A+! Michelle and Allyson are the best, they keep communication open and respond quickly. I highly recommend Integrity Plus!

Thanks for managing my property a few years ago. You cost me over $10k in repairs because you never inspected the property during their tenure. Single worst property management company ever! Nobody was worse in all my years as a landlord. Do not use them. Unless you want to pay. I learned my lesson.

Im seriously flabbergasted by this managment company and the landlords they use. We paid almost 2 grand to move into our place in Arizona City and from the get go it was a disaster. We had APS turn our power on just to have our AC explode on us. So there we are, stuck moving stuff into our house that had temps about 120 minimum. They put a portable AC in one room that only cooled down the 3 ft around it to 90 degrees. I suffer from multiple medical problems, one of those being heat intolerance. I easily get strokes in anything above 90 degrees and my skin starts burning. So obviously i couldnt stay there and had to drive all the way to Goodyear everynight as i work out here. So i spent about 27 dollars daily on gas, im already out 2000, plus i obtained damage to my car that i had tp fix driving all the way to Goodyear for a place to sleep. They were IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with, they only offered a check or money off our rent. It took them 4 weeks to send that check and that check didnt even cover the amount i spent on gas. We cant use our stove, there is no dishwasher, no garbage disposal, one of the ceiling fans are about to fall out of the ceiling, all the outlets are only 2 prong and we cant use any of our stuff because they are 3 prong. Oh, and our stove tried to kill us because half of it has an electrical problem so we couldnt even use what little amount of groceries left that werent destroyed in the 130 degree oven that was our home for the first 5 days. I am so livid with everything and feel like the check was a slap in my face with how much i paid to live in an uninhabitable place that PRIOR TO MOVE IN SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSPECTED BY THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY!

Of course I have good stuff to say about integrity I mean I do learn from them LOL but seriously every time I've had an issue around my house they are pretty quick to respond and fix it so I like Integrity Plus and I'll give him 5 stars

Mitchelle and Dee Dee where great but that front office girl Brandy always had some type of issue with me never did stuff right for us always misplaced our work orders every single time it was her every time I called she would watch the phone ring my cousins that she didn’t know where my cousins witness it

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They rented me a foreclosure which I was in for about 3 months and then was served with paper forcing my move-out within 90 days. Worse yet they made me pay rent those last three month by threating to turn me into collections! Their name should be DISHONEST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!
