Innae Martial Arts has been a phenomenal experience for our family, and Master Urbanik is truly an amazing instructor. She is incredibly thoughtful in the way she designs her classes, making them engaging and enjoyable for all ages.

We initially signed our daughter up to help her build confidence, and within just six months, the transformation has been remarkable. She has not only gained confidence but also learned valuable lessons in respect, perseverance, and discipline. Her motivation and determination to master the techniques taught in class have been inspiring to watch.

The positive impact extends beyond the dojang—her improved focus and self-assurance have carried over to other areas of her life. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and are so grateful to Master Urbanik for creating such an encouraging and empowering environment. Highly recommend!

Master Urbanik has saved me! I was a couch potato when I first started at Innae. She is a fountain of knowledge, very supportive, and cares about her students. She teaches so much more than martial arts, like courtesy and respect, to respect others and yourself. I am so glad I joined Innae and have Master Urbanik as my teacher. My son has been a student at this school for over a year. When I explained to Cheryl that we we're not going to make to my son's belt promotion ceremony in time due to traffic, and asked if we could transfer his testing fee to the next cycle, her response was "Thanks for understanding that I get paid for work done." The testing fee is not included the monthly class fee of $120/month. I then tired to explain that her school does not as such based on the fact that they have no withdrawal or transfer policy. You are required to pay upfront for classes and there are no refunds under any circumstances because the instructor needs to get paid! After again explaining there were circumstances out of my control, and that is why we could not arrive in time for the testing, Cheryl then went on to shame me. This is a instructor that teaches her students 'respect', which she herself doesn't practice.

This and therapy are such a banger combo if you're in college! For the almost two years I have been a pupil here my mental health has greatly improved. The theory of applied knowledge, techniques and life lessons add structure to a rather chaotic phase in life 🙂

My child and I both enjoyed the 4-5 year old parent corporate class so much. The classes were very organized with lots of age appropriate and fun filled learning experience. Master Urbanik is very skillful in guiding children to follow the rules and to engage them in practicing the skills. She send out weekly updates to parents and frequently share the students learning process on social medias. She planned and adjusts Ted her lessons accordingly to students needs and progress. As an educator myself, I highly recommend her.

My son started taking classes from Master Urbanik six months ago. We have seen such a positive change in him. While he was never an out of control kid, he is a six year old with a lot of energy. Having a shared language to use with him at home at school has been really wonderful for his behavior and focus. Master Urbanik is fair, disciplined, and a really skilled teacher, there is something new all the time for students to experience. My son Arslan, participated in the two months summer trial and he enjoyed every moment of it. The academy had various fun activities along with basic martial art skills. This experience gave him a positive impact. In weekends instead of my son waking up in the morning and turning on the TV like he always did, he would wake up and practice his kicks and punches. Not to mention, the Break-A-Thon event was a blast, Arslan had the best day ever. Special thanks to Master Urbanik and Mr.Will for this wonderful experience we had at the InNae Academy.

My 6-year-old daughter and I just finished a twice-a-week session through H.A.R.D with the InNae Academy and Master Urbanik.
I strongly recommend this martial arts academy. Master Urbanik has tremendous experience (see the website). The classes were fun, both for the required adult and the child, and just the right length of time for little ones. I'm amazed by how much my child has learned.
This is not an aggressive, MMA-directed style, thank goodness, rather, it feels like a more traditional style with an emphasis on respect of the teacher, parent and the Academy, as well as a strong emphasis on self respect and empowerment, through the taught values of integrity, perseverance, and indomitable spirit.
I really appreciated the fact that the Master was a woman. For my little girl, I think this fact will be ingrained into her psyche forever. I also really liked the emphasis on self defense through taught skills like the power of the voice, the principal of personal space, and multiple skills to evade/defend/escape from an attacker. All this was done with tact: teaching a hugely valuable concept/skill, especially for girls, without instilling fear.

Truly, we are lucky to have Master Urbanik.

PS Be aware that there is an N95 mask requirement for anyone entering the studio; this was an absolute requirement.
