This agency that is ran by the Illinois state government is absolutely horrid. I commuted through the state from Indiana on New Years Eve and I tried to pay it. Nothing populated. I waited a week and again nothing populated. I gave it another week and once I saw that the website and app only back date up to 2 weeks I was concerned and called. Their response was that I would have to pay the late fee. Even though I disagreed with that I was willing to accept that and pay it over the phone and they said they could not do that.

So to be clear, I did my job and tried to pay the fee. I called the toll fee office and they said they couldn't do anything about it. So what I am left to conclude is that Illinois state government is racking up late fees on people who cant even see or pay for the fines even if they want to and their system is set up in such a way that customer service cant take payments on the phone.

This is predatory. Im surprised no one has sued the government over this yet

Place was dirty even in the bathroom. But what can you do when it's the only place to use.Now I know why so many people leave Illinois.

Stopped at sbarro for pizza and it was really good! Bathrooms were very clean.

Worst experience and service ever. After waiting in line for over 25 min, I hand over my dead I pass to exchange it and I'm told they won't exchange it "because it's not broken". I show that I've been getting tons of emails claiming video tolls because the ipass isn't getting read but they said "too bad, our tool said it works". Terrible policy and just one more easy IL scams you.

This is a bright, clean establishment. Security guards were visible the whole time we were there. A great place to stop, shop, and eat. They have a McDonald's, a pizza place, and other eateries on the site. There is a super cute gift shop in the building that has lots of souvenirs and travel accessories as well as handmade items. The owners of that shop, Rolanda and Moses, were super nice and accommodating. We will be stopping there again when we visit from Texas!

This place was filthy all over. Garbage over flowing restrooms were dirty and needed attention. Stopped at Dunken donuts for a Frappe but the did not have them. The glass shield was very dirty.
