We had a great experience with Ike’s. Captain Nate and Joanna were awesome. Some boat glitches after we were on the boat caused a reschedule for later in the day which Ike’s took care of for us. Second time out Nate and JoJo made sure everything was working perfect. Awesome flights. Got our feet dipped in the water then back in the air to land smoothly back on the boat. Very skillful operating of the boat and chute. Very competent crew. Thank you guys for an awesome day.

Ike’s Parasail was a great experience! They explained the process well and were on time with our appointment. The kids were a little nervous because it was their first time parasailing but Josh and Jake did a fantastic job making them comfortable. Jake and Josh’s boat made the experience top notch. Great job guys.

We were in Gulf Shores for an extended-family vacation. Some of us had parasailed before and some had not. We booked 6 flyers and 2 observers for May 22. The website did not state that we would be riding a banana boat out to the vessel. My mom (who is in her 70s) had paid the $45 to be an observer and when we expressed concern to the young man about her ability to board and ride the banana boat (pulled by a jet ski), he responded by saying “at the end of the day, it’s her job to hold on.” She was able to make it to the parasail boat but struggled standing up on the raft and sitting on the edge as directed. The workers were impatient and she ended up riding back to the shore and sitting on the beach while we all participated. The two young men managing the banana boat were both visibly annoyed to have been delayed by the extra time it took to bring her back. That alone would have knocked my rating down a star or two, but it got worse. We were on board with Nate and Joanna. Joanna was very nice and helpful, but Nate was as rude and hateful a man as I’ve ever encountered in the customer service industry. He spent the majority of the time yelling at passengers or reprimanding Joanna loud enough for us to hear. Maybe the guy was having a bad day, but I have NEVER been spoken to and belittled by a provider of touristy activities/entertainment like that. At one point he yelled “I don’t know how many times I have to say it! DO NOT stand up on this part of the boat!” He was not addressing my group, but we were still on board. Two of the flyers on board with us had not taken their flight when we got ready to board the banana boat back to shore. He was so annoyed that he yelled “you have not flown yet? Why didn’t you tell me?” Truth be told, none of us would have said anything to him. I did not feel welcome to speak at all. Moreover, it’s not the passengers’ job to keep up with how many flyers have and have not had their turn. We were following ALL the rules by changing seats every time a group came back in. The two remaining were sitting IN THEIR HARNESSES near the captain. His reaction was completely unprofessional. This was my third time to parasail and while the ride itself was fine, the rudeness of the captain ruined the experience. We will not be back.

We had an amazing time parasailing with Ike's Parasail. We had a couple glitches that was no fault of theirs and they made it work so that we wouldn't miss out on the fun. There were so many jelly fish in the water where we were supposed to get the banana boat they called in advance and said we could still go if we wouldn't mind coming to the marina in Orange Beach to catch the boat. No problem! Everyone at the check in point was very friendly and very helpful. The water was rough that day but it was just a couple days before Hurricane Sally. Our captain did his best to make it as smooth as possible for us. Our crewman was amazing. He handled the rough water very well and managed to get us our life jackets, our harnesses, help us get ready to fly and also took a ton of pictures! He deserved a large tip for sure! We were shocked at all he was doing! We had 8 of us from 9 years old to 67 and we all loved it. They were very knowledgeable and we felt comfortable with them the entire time. We all want to do it again someday! Hopefully the weather and the water will cooperate next time and we will get the banana boat ride too. Ike's did everything they could possibly do so that we could enjoy our adventure!

Nate and Josh were awesome!! An amazing experience and they answered every question and even gave us a fun ride. 12/10 would do again, especially w Ike. They even took pictures of us which were too fun to look at😭

Booking was easy and while they had to rebook us a few times due to weather or wind, they communicated quickly and rebooked clearly. Parking was easy and the crew (Jo and Josh) were fun and professional. Great time 👍

Absolutely fantastic!! Captain Nate and Joanna were on point! The ladies on shore and the banana boat/jetski drivers were also amazing!! So worth the money!! Highly suggested!!
