They booked a group of room for us at the Fontainebleau, one of the newest hotels on the Strip, at a decent rate. In addition, they got the hotel to treat us as VIPs, giving each of us a$100 credit to be used at the hotel. James was excellent, communicating multiple time to ensure all was going according to plan.

Very positively surprised by the quality not only of the hotel and the price but also the follow-up by ICHS when I needed further information on city taxes, and a business invoice for me as a German customer - that was not a problem at all, worked without fail, call-back within hours... That is how things should be, but in my experience, that is definitively not how normally they are, and this was a noteworthy exception.

Jenna made this process very easy. She was able to find a hotel that was very close to our event (Evo 2024) and gave us the best rates available! They are very good at answering any questions you may have, and will reply the same day at the latest. I will definitely use them again for my future travel plans. I highly recommend!

My experience with ICHS Travel, specifically James was phenomenal! James reached out to me after our company registered for a conference in Vegas, and being honest I had no clue what ICHS Travel was (I thought it was a scam). But, I am so happy that James reached out to me because he really simplified my life when it came to booking 13 hotel rooms. His customer service, responsiveness, and great attitude made the experience amazing. He got me cheaper rates from what the hotels offered, and he answered his emails/phone calls in a timely manner (which hotels don't do). He even reached out to me after I checked in to the hotel to make sure everything was going to my liking. I highly highly recommend working with ICHS, specifically James!
