Lisa and Kathy help me with all of our travel arrangements. They have assisted me with trips to Jamaica, Alaska, Cancun. My wife and I worked with Kathy in hopes to book a Costan Rican vacation. I spoke to the owner and she was completely rude. She was really pushy on me buying an airfare ticket now for Italy when I told her they are very pricey now and I was told I could wait until October or January to buy it. She said have I checked prices recently I told her yes, and they were at $1,300 she said "Well I am the owner of the agency so I don't really book airfares I haven't done it in a while, I can just have one of the agents call you back." I told her at this point, I did not want a call back anymore. Will never use or recommend them!!!!!!!!!!!

They really don't even deserve one star.
Very unhappy with the assistance we got from Hyde Park Travel. The planning of my trip was extremely stressful because of their "help." I would have been much better off doing it myself. Do yourself a favor, and don't use their travel services. I would never use them again.
