My father and I were taking a daddy/daughter (grown adults: middle aged and senior) road trip when we discovered this gem. Most of the time we could find 2 double beds but I prefer separate rooms for a bit of privacy. This place was just lovely. Rooms were nice. Beds super comfortable. Best part was the washer and dryer that was perfect for cleaning up.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup is great for families. The spacious master bathroom features a luxurious shower with two showerheads, adding to the upscale feel. The unit has been nicely updated, giving it a modern beach touch.

One downside is that the unit itself feels somewhat dark due to a lack of large windows. However, the screened deck is a highlight—we enjoyed having all our breakfasts there. Also, you’re in key west! You should be spending all your time in the room during the day anyways.

The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary utensils, though they only provide salt and pepper, so you’ll need to bring your own basics if you plan to cook. The in-unit laundry machine was also a great convenience.

For families, the zero-entry heated pool was a fantastic feature, especially with our young toddler. The property also offers a beautiful ocean view, though the beach area is quite minimal. There is a small entry point for the water, but it’s not the kind of beach where you’d play or lounge in the sand.

One thing to note is that the resort is somewhat removed from the main attractions in Key West. However, it’s easy to rent bikes to get around, or you can drive into town and pay for parking.

Also, they have multiple extras car chargers. Super easy to use as they’re right in front of check in.

Not one of those resorts where they regularly clean your room, but they’ll bring you things if you need anything additional. We were happy with the service we got.

Overall, we loved our stay and are already thinking about coming back!

Updated and spacious condos! The screened in porch was very large. Great condo space four our family of 4. The pool area was great, with beach area/sand and zero entry heated pool. It’s a small resort but very nice. Would recommend for a young family or older couples. We have teenagers and there wasn’t much for them to do.

We have owned here since pre-construction and have always looked forward to coming home here. We went November 2024 and felt like we were not owners. When I made the reservation I requested the top floor-section F and it was put in the notes. Called a week before our week and requested the same again....put in the notes. When the concierge called us the same week before we checked in we mentioned it again and she said I see it here. The day we arrived they put us in the other side of the resort on the bottom floor. I asked are u full and they said yes(funny a lot of rooms were dark all week) Let her know I had requested 3 times the top floor nothing available. We had people above us who loved to get up between 6-7 in the morning slamming the sliding doors over and over. Had a bad storm that week and the upper deck was leaking onto our deck and all furniture was wet and a river coming thru our deck. I normally do not write anything here cause we have loved being owners and love to come here but just not treated like owners should feel.

Hyatt Beach House was a 10. Traveling with 5 adults and 2 toddlers. We had a great experience. Rooms were spacious 2 bedroom, full kitchen and wonderful lanai overlooking the pool and the Gulf. Staff was very attentive. We had a slight problem with the AC and it was repaired within minutes but maintenance at 11:30pm. It is the first property on the Island, so its 5 miles to the nightlife and Duval Street. Many guests skip the car rental and just get the street approved golf carts. Highly recommend.

Rooms are very nice and clean. Ample space. "Resort" has very little to offer. Wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for activities/things to do. Don't even have any on-site food, only a crappy little bar by the water. The pool is really nice and the hot tub is OK, pretty basic. Bikes are there for rent, but not on-site, they need to have them brought in. Price is reasonable though, $20/day first day and $12 for everyday after.

Our check in were schedule at 4pm on feb 22nd, we asked if we could check in a little early, like 10 min and they didn’t let us do it. So at 4pm they gave us the key and were only allowed to get in the room at 4:30 bc the cleaning team were still finishing the room, so we had to wait outside of the room, and when we got in the floor was wet still. The next morning I called the front desk to só about the late check out, and they said that on sundays they don’t do late checkouts. Soooo we paid u$619 and had to wait 30 min to get in and could not stay 1 minute past the checkout time which was 10am. So Disappointed bc I was traveling with my 2 years old and my 5 years old, plus my parents, and my mom has knee problems and had to wait standing do so long to get in. Will never stay there again.

I have been a member of Hyatt Vacation Club for 23 years! Visited the Beach House earlier in week for 5 days! Check in was a chore-very unfriendly & dragged out-checked in-then had to wait for room- new shift came in, registration was lost & had to start over. Carpets /floor rugs were filthy. No body wash in dispensers & no shampoo 1 bath! Dishwasher didn't work properly! Party next door to after 2:30AM 2 nights-kept us awake. Always a 5 star resort until Marriott took over several years ago! Dues doubled sense Marriott took over-only several years!! Charge extra for credit card payments if use to pay outrages dues.
