We did a Bubble maker Birthday Party with Huron Scuba and it was the most amazing experience for the kids! Kristina was so patient and helpful with teaching the kids about the gear and Chris took amazing underwater pictures for the kids to have. Brian, the owner is very good at helping organize it all. It was truly an experience the kids will never forget and it opened their eyes to new adventures!

My sons got certified this weekend with Huron Scuba, and I was able to tag along. It was a great experience. The instructors and dive masters were extremely patient and helpful and all the information we needed was provided in detail prior to the dive.

The dive site is really pretty and has lots of interesting features and varied terrain (along with dedicated platforms and buoys to aid in performing skills).

I can't recommend Huron Scuba highly enough. My boys had a great time throughout their classes and the open water dives at Gilboa Quarry were the perfect way to finish.

We recently took the Open Water Course and my wife and I had a lot of fun taking the course. Everyone at Huron Scuba was professional and took the time to ensure we learn all the skills properly and safe. I highly recommend going to this dive shop to start your scuba adventure! My husband and I just completed a discovery course with Kristina and it was a really wonderful experience. I was a bit nervous, but excited to try. I felt that she explained everything clearly, and that we were introduced to each skill in a very calm, systematic way. We had her complete attention and I felt very secure trying these foreign skills! It was a successful introduction and we are now going to take the full course.

Edited to add: we have finished the elearning and confined water portion of our certification. Thank you to Alex and Bart for making the entire process a great experience! We will complete our open water dives on our next trip to the Caribbean… we can’t wait!

Great experience! I’m getting my open water certification and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dennis and Alex were my instructors and they were THE BEST. They answered every question I had, were patient with me and made sure I was comfortable and safe! I had so much fun and will continue to use Huron Scuba for all my diving needs.

Recently completed my advanced open water course and had a great time. Shop staff was quick and responsive, did great with rental fitting and what to expect at the site. Bart was an excellent instructor and had great insight into the quarry.

I just took the PADI Open Water Dive Class last weekend. It was a great experience. Our instructor, Dennis, has an obvious passion for scuba diving and instruction. He was patient and thoroughly answered all of our questions. I could tell he really enjoys doing this. Alex also helped out and provided great tips.

The first day in the pool was a bit of a learning experience. The second day I felt much more comfortable. It really made me look forward to my upcoming trip to the Caribbean, where I plan to do my open water certification 🙂

We had a small group (6). It was nice to meet and experience it with other future scuba enthusiasts. I would encourage people thinking about doing this to take the plunge (ha!).
