I can't praise Bernice Bakley and the Huntley Travel team enough for their exceptional service during a recent, unexpected travel disruption my family experienced. When 12 of our 14 family members were stranded in a foreign airport, Bernice stepped up and went above and beyond to advocate for us. She skillfully negotiated and recovered significant excess charges we had incurred, turning what could have been a vacation disaster into a manageable inconvenience. Bernice's tenacity and dedication were truly remarkable. She was consistently available and responsive, efficiently arranging extended hotel stays and transportation for our stranded group. Thanks to Bernice's extra effort and hard work, our trip was ultimately salvaged. Having a travel agent like Bernice on our side was invaluable – she saved our vacation!

Called to see if someone could help me book a Disney Resort vacation in Hilton Head. Spoke to Mia who was great at first, and promptly found that they were already booked. We talked about some alternative places for an ocean vacation and she said she would look at some places and get back to me. That was two weeks ago. I was told she was their Disney expert so feel like once Disney was off the table she just dropped the ball instead of passing me off to someone else or just letting me know this wasn't her wheelhouse.
