I'm not really happy with the service I've received this far attempting to resolve an issue. I booked hotel/rental car package.

Due to the airline rebooking us, we were not able to make the rental car pickup. The rental agency held our reservation and gave us the car the next day when we finally got there. No problem there.

When I returned the car I was given a receipt from the rental agency for 300.00 less than what was paid through hotelblox. I've emailed the rebooking information from the airline and was told there are FEES that needed to be paid and that is the difference. When I asked to have these fees given to me line by line with amounts for each fee I was not given an answer or the line by line breakdown.

All I want is the adjustment to be made. I've been run around between two phone numbers, neither of which will help and they're attitude is quite rude.

Customer service is terrible, can’t get anyone on the phone to speak about a booking, and when carnival called to speak with them they say they can’t help, how do you call yourselves travel agents when you don’t make anything easier. Travel agents are supposed to make traveling easier. If I could give zero stars I would. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

I wish I could leave negative stars, I booked a flight that suddenly changed the itinerary after booking and the reps are telling me I can't cancel or modify. I also had a Niagara falls tour added with my flight and hotel booking but the date for tour changed after booking it and they're telling me it's against their policy to change or cancel. Even though it states clearly in the confirmation sheet that if you need to make changes or cancel to call them. Worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing withorocancel

I purchased a Disney cruise through this company back in December 2016, as of today we are 19 days out from the scheduled date and this agency hasn't booked it with Disney. They had no problem taking my money but I have no cruise to show for it. This cruise was a Christmas gift to my children and I now have to let them know that it's not going to happen.

As others have stated, this company is not responsive. I have a purchased a cruise package for 4 through out company site, and have not been able to get in touch with anyone. Over a week ago I had left a message to get a return call and still nothing. I ended calling purchasing power, and they had to reach out to get another order processed because the cruise line was not able to locate my order. I am not trying to get in contact with the cruise company to see if they are able to pull up this order. If I cannot get anything resolved by September 2020, I am going to see about a refund.

Ive used this agency a couple times for a cruise. Everytime they did an amazing job and was always on top of getting back to me regarding any questions I had! Recently I had to cancel my cruise due to the pandemic. And have been trying to reach them for weeks to get it rescheduled and have had no luck which is frustrating. But I know their slammed with inquiries so im trying to stay patient since they always did an amazing job in the past. Overall though a great company!

Hello, I have been a loyal customer for seven (7) years. For my daughter college graduation gift I selected a hotel and flight to Las Vegas, May 13-16, 2022.
After seeing two (2) items in my cart via the picture. I thought it was the hotel and flight.
After talking to Jessica w/ travel department, was told that I selected the hotel/flight in the incorrect order and nothing she can do.
The website do not advise w/ the order.
I need to remove the extra hotel and replace w/ a flight.
Can someone help me? Please.

Have been trying to reach someone concerning my cancelled cruise. As soon as I requested a refund instead of credit they stopped responding to my emails and no one has returned any of my multiple messages. I will never book travel thru them again. They have no problem still taking my money from my paycheck but cant even give the courtesy of a response. Worst customer service I have ever had.
