Horrible valet service at the renaissance hotel in Toledo . They do not enter information correctly, very lackadaisical about their job. And on top of that they have the nerve to belittle and inconvenience you every time you drop off your car double checking if you’re actually staying at the hotel and asking you for all of your information over and over again. Ridiculous. It’s my 1st day here I already have 2 seierate valet tickets, after I have already entered and validated all of my information on the first one.. For $22 a day? Insane. Worst valet I have ever experienced.

If you’re ever at the WIT hotel do not valet your vehicle. If they damage you vehicle, they do not take responsibility for it. They do not have footage and they only go off belief not evidence.
