Alex and Catherine were exceptional. From the start, they managed every detail with precision, ensuring smooth execution at every stage. They coordinated vendor shipments, liaised with entrepreneurs, and handled last-minute changes without hesitation. When we requested bus snacks the day before, they made it happen. They anticipated our needs, such as timing to service flow, ensuring everything was ready before we even had to ask. Their ability to problem-solve under pressure kept things running seamlessly. During the event, their team was attentive, professional, and efficient. They adapted in real time, making sure food stations stayed replenished, drinks flowed smoothly, and every guest was taken care of.

We wanted a true Latin American experience, and they delivered. Breakfast included cachitos from Venezuela, medialunas from Argentina, pastelitos from Puerto Rico, and mini arepas from Colombia, along with chicha morada from Peru and guarana from Brazil. Lunch featured pollo a la brasa from Peru, jackfruit ropa vieja from Panama, humitas from Chile and Ecuador, and patacones from Colombia. The reception brought it all together with tostones, hamachi tiradito, tuna nikkei tartar, anticuchos, croquetas, and empanadas. The bar completed the experience with pisco sours, caipirinhas, aguardiente cocktails, and fresh tropical juices.

Alex and Catherine delivered a well-executed, immersive experience. Their professionalism, adaptability, and dedication made all the difference. We are grateful for their partnership and look forward to working with them again.

I recently used HC Collective for a party for 50 guests and I must say they exceeded my expectations for several reasons. They were extremely professional and dealing with their team was an absolute pleasure. The menu was tailored to our taste and the team was very responsive and accommodating and helped me with planning the layout and renting furniture. Food was outstanding: so flavorful and delicious. Julieta helped me plan the whole event and her attention to detail and sense of design is very good, Alexis is a wonderful manager and very courteous and attentive to the guests and Alex the owner is amazing too. I would definitely use them again as this was a flawless catering experience for us. Thank you !

H&C recently catered by wedding and I cannot recommend them enough!! We had a very specific vision and they completely delivered. All of our guests said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding and they couldn’t stop eating! They created an elegant charcuterie board for the cocktail hour as well as the most delicious passed bites. For dinner they executed my Italian family style feast flawlessly. It was gorgeous and delicious! I am SO glad that we decided to have H&C be part of our day, it made it even more special!

HC was SO amazing! We catered with them for our Sangeet (prior to Wedding) at Vizcaya Gardens and they were a dream! Working with Alex was awesome. He was so attentive to what our parents wanted/liked, what we wanted as a theme, and what Vizcaya needed to be a successful night! I can't say enough incredible things about H & C Collective. I worked with them for the SOBEWFF, when my client, Discover Saint Martin sponsored the festival with an activation during the grand tasting. The H&C team worked with our teams and our chef who came from St. Martin to recreate her recipe. Not only were they extremely professional and accommodating, their experience was seamless from our first call to the last day. They are professional, organized, detail oriented and deliver DELICIOUS food! I highly recommend them!
