This hotel is newly renovated. Having a separate bedroom and living area makes for a comfortable stay. Both areas have very large TVs. The breakfast has a wide variety to choose from and the lady who is in charge of it is very friendly and keeps everything nicely stocked. I’m from the south and the heating system works well. I’ve been in some hotels where they cap the temperature. The comforter and beds are comfortable. The shower has plenty of water and is hot. I highly recommend.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at Homewood Suites, and I feel compelled to share my experience. My husband and I specifically chose this hotel for New Year’s Eve because the listing (booking.com) advertised a room with a whirlpool, which I paid extra for. Having access to this amenity was the sole reason I booked this property.

I planned a relaxing evening, bringing bubble bath, candles, and other items to make it a special experience. However, upon arriving, I was shocked to find that the room only had a shower. When I called the front desk, I was informed that the hotel had no whirlpools due to renovations. This was not disclosed during booking, and the listing still advertised the feature. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere.

The situation only worsened when I contacted the booking agency to address the issue. The booking agency contacted the hotel staff directly, who then offered no resolution other than suggesting we leave. Calls from the agency to discuss further were ignored, which was frustrating and unprofessional.

On top of this, a barking dog disturbed our rest well into the early morning hours (which was reported to the front desk).

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The false advertising, lack of customer service, and disruptions made what should have been a relaxing New Year’s celebration incredibly disappointing. I sincerely hope the hotel takes accountability for this and improves its communication and service in the future.

I am awaiting a fair resolution for the inconvenience caused by this unacceptable experience.

This was a very well located hotel, and it had a really nice back sitting area. It is just a bit run down. Renovations have been done, but there is attention to detail that is missing. Components of my room didn't work. The location is so good that I might still go back.

We stayed here 2 years ago while visiting family in the area and really enjoyed our stay. We had a King suite which was just right for us as we like to have a small kitchen area and a couch as we don't like to have to sit on the bed to watch TV. We thought the breakfast buffet was very good, which prompted us to repeat our previous stay.|This year, our stay was also very good, with one exception....The breakfast all three days was horrible! All of the "hot" food was only about room temperature. Eggs, potatoes, meat, sausage patties. As a former restaurant owner, I can tell you that according to Health Department rules, hot food is to be maintained at 140 F or above. Perishable cold food at 45 F or below. |We will probably be visiting the area again next year and hope this problem is corrected so we can once again enjoy our stay at this hotel

We booked at Homewood Suites in Glastonbury for our wedding block and we cannot speak more highly of our experience. The staff was friendly and helpful (especially Katia our event coordinator) and the rooms were beautiful and clean. If you have a wedding in the area, book here!! You will not regret it!!

It is a lovely Hote, a nice lounge for hanging out with your friends and family. Good beer and wine selections. They have a service-yourself system. Big room with everything you need, full kitchen. Heated out door pool. I love this place.

We stayed here for work training for 10 days.
It’s in nice and quiet area, I could walk 10-15mim for groceries or restaurants.
Room is good size for two , decent condition.
Big shout out for breakfast team ! They work hard for better experience of breakky for all of guests here. especially Yolly , she is the mama to look after everything nice and clean like a house meal grade. always welcoming, warm greetings and checking to make sure everything is enjoyable for the guests. I’m personally thank her that she made my day with heart full service 🙂

Terrible experience. Upon checking told staff my room was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. It took over an hour to get a vacuum and I had to vacuum and clean it myself. Additionally I found blood on the floor and pillows it was gross. I let the front desk staff know, and they said that the general manager would reach out to me and give me a call and no one did.
