Really impressed with the red roof and hometown suites. I ran into a couple hiccups during the booking process and Mike quickly and promptly took care of the issues.The hotel is immaculately clean and the staff is very courteous and professional. I love the jacuzzi in the suite and the location is very convenient. If your looking for a great hotel that has fresh air systems all throughout with comfy beds this is the place to come. I will definitely be returning.

We arrived in the middle of the night, and although the elevator was temporarily out of service, the kind staff member helped us carry our luggage. The 24-hour reception is very convenient for travelers. The room was clean, and the service was excellent.

We stayed 2 weeks people had pets left and right, we happened to get room service one time and to order room service it was a hassle because this hotel must be franchise owned. There was a gentlemen that would answer the front desk phone with roosters in the background. Not to mention the dryer here doesn't dry clothes all the way you have to make it to a local laundromat to wash and dry. Kitchens are wonderful but bathrooms have leaking toilets and smell like sewer they stink up the whole room!
