I recently stayed at the 'Horse Around' property and the experience was fantastic both from the perspective of the property as well as from the hospitality Homestead Modern provided.

HOMESTEAD MODERN: They are a top-notch management company. Booking was extremely easy, the app they use to provide information on the property and the area is fantastic as well as all of the communications from them were timely and on-point. I did not experience any issues or hiccups at all.

THE PROPERTY 'Horse Around': Wow! What an outstanding home on a beautiful piece of land. Everything about this place was 5-stars. The inside of the home was pretty, in great condition and very comfortable. The outside is where this place shines the most. The pool is absolutely stunning and has amazing views. All around the home there were numerous areas where you can sit and relax and you end up using them all.

If you're looking to get away and spend some time in the desert this place should be on your list. You won't be disappointed by either the property or Homestead Modern.

Superb. No better place to hot tub under black starry skies. Well-designed and thoughtful, just as advertised. Everything worked and was in good condition, which is a rarity. WiFi, stove, expansive flatscreen, hot tub, locks, etc. Shower gets a special nod. Our next stay at the Pause PM house will be longer!

We spent four amazing nights at this house in the Mosaic House, Yucca Valley, and I can only recommend it. The house is not only spacious, but it has also been tastefully renovated with great attention to detail. The views from the house are simply breathtaking, with several angles offering stunning panoramas of the desert and the surrounding Joshua trees.

The property is very private, allowing you to feel completely cut off from the world while being in harmony with the surrounding nature. The spa was a fantastic bonus, providing unforgettable moments of relaxation under the starry sky. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped, perfect for cooking meals with family or friends.

I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious place to recharge in the heart of the desert.

We stayed at the Orion Joshua Tree for a long weekend and it was incredible! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and there were enough bath towels in addition to pool towels and outdoor blankets provided. The house is equipped with games and records to play and has all the kitchen equipment needed for cooking. Not to mention the best part - the pool. Such a beautiful amenity which was clean and easy to use.

We had a few issues with the door locks but property management was very responsive and helped us resolve the issues quickly. I couldn’t recommend a stay with homestead modern more!

We had an amazing experience at Mia Riad yesterday 29th May. This place is unreal. Unfortunately we didn’t had enough time to enjoy that place more. The Villa is fully equipped with absolutely everything you need: pool, hot tub, BBQ etc.
Everything is so private and quiet. The host will give you absolutely all the informations you needed before you arrived.
We had a great time and we are recommending this 100%.

My partner and I rented a desert home during our Holiday break and absolutely loved the experience. Homestead Modern made the entire experience seamless. Great communication over text and email - they even sent a personal note on Christmas eve to check that our arrival went smoothly.

We found our home on Airbnb, but found that it was cheaper to book through Homestead Modern's own website. Had absolutely no issues and would happily book another rental in the future.

I stayed at the Overlook in Joshua Tree property for a long weekend with friends. We were completely blown away by this location. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us. We spent most of our time in the incredible pool/hot tub. There were beautiful views of sunrise each morning and we all watched the stars every night. I would go back tomorrow if I could.

My family and I stayed at the Chi House for (sadly, only) 2 nights. What an experience! All the comforts of home, and every detail was thought of! Everything functioned exceptionally well from the gas fireplace to the kitchen appliances to the clean and comfortable hot tub! We were pleased to have use of the washer and dryer to catch up on laundry as well. Design of the home inside and out was light and bright, and perfectly complemented the surrounding landscape. We have already recommended Homestead Modern to others, and specifically, the Chi House
