My wife and I booked a ski tour for March 2019 and paid for it in February 2018. We included travel insurance with the almost $12K purchase. I had surgery in October and was unable to take the trip, my wife did go. Both my wife and the insurance company have been trying since April 2019 to get Holidaze to send the insurance company proof of the $5775 payment for my portion of the trip so they can process the claim.. As of 9/1/19 Holidaze have not responded to emails from the insurance company and at least 3 calls by my wife requesting the information.

Worst travel company I have ever worked with. No follow through on emails. Save yourself time and headaches. Find another travel Agency you'll get better results.

Sadly, I didn't even get to make a reservation with this company. I received a flyer via email in Nov. 2024. I requested more info and got a generic description. In January 2025 I inquired about availability/more info and was told there was ample space. I had since then been calling/emailing to understand how to reserve. Response to my requests have been ignored or very slow, and learned on 4/15/25 that the trip is full. Based on response, I doubt that I will consider the company for travel. I realize that it was a small/limited trip....even said so in the flyer....but at least respond in a timely manner. There does not seem to be backup coverage for reps who are not available/on holiday.
