Since I have joined HSI, I have been very pleased with the selection and options available for booking my travel plans.
Also, whenever I have called the service line to get help with my reservations or confirmations, the service has been awesome and perfect in resolving all my questions and providing alternate options, if necessary.

What a super week! Thank you!
I had previously reserved a 1 bedroom which was the last accommodation available at the Southern California Beach Resort. I later accepted a beachfront studio. After traveling and my initial disappointment that the room wasn’t quite the standard I’d expected, the staff could not have been more understanding and helpful. From then on, my stay was far more than what I’d expected. The room and kitchen were adequate. The resort is well located, virtually on the beach, within easy walking distance of the various street markets which are held both day and evening, close enough to freeway if necessary…. I had a wonderful stay and hope to return many more times.

I got an HSI membership a little over a year ago. They call me every few months to check in on my needs and I get a lot of nice emails with vacation deals. I finally used them to book a cruise that I just got back from. They were amazing and really took the time to help us choose the right options for us and made it so easy and happy for us. We saved over $600 on our cruise, had a great time and no worries! So glad we got this membership. They’re also helping us book our sons honeymoon right now for next June.

Hi Brandon, you sent this email to my husband but I’m the one that does all the vacation planning. I don’t know how more positive of a review I can give you other than I love love love HSI. For all these years I’ve enjoyed my travels with you because I know how great of a membership this is. We bought our membership when we were young and had 2 small children and really couldn’t afford it. The annual fee is amazing. The VALUE of this membership is priceless. My money goes farther with this membership which means I can take more people more often on vacation with me. Knowing that I’m vacationing at such a great deal makes me enjoy the vacation even more. I brag to people all the time about the value I get on my vacations. Going to fun places and staying in Resorts you offer has given my family precious memories we’ll never forget. My grown children tell me all the time they’re thankful for the experiences we’ve had instead of things I could buy them.
I have never had any issues with the many bookings I’ve had through HSI.

We booked a stay at a 5-star resort in Mexico through Advantage Program and really enjoyed our experience. Our unit was outstanding, as was the service by all providers.
We were traveling with a person with limited mobility issues and the facility was more than adequately prepared to serve us. We would certainly use Advantage again.

Holiday Systems International is one travel service that my husband and myself will be using for as long as we can travel. We have been members for many, many years. We have used them to book everything for our travel needs from overnight .accommodations to a 21 day cruise. On one of our latest bookings, we made numerous calls because we kept adding to and changing our travel plans for a 30 day cruise. Our travel agent never displayed impatience or a "Can't you get it straight" attitude. They were patient, kind and very helpful. This company has been invaluable by saving us money and any number of problem headaches that can result from most other agencies. We love them.

We have been members of Holiday Systems since 2005 and have never regretted our decision to join!
Over the years we have booked over 30 vacations mostly for us personally and some for our friends to enjoy. The Resorts 99.9% of the time we have stayed at have been Amazing. When we first signed up they claimed that yearly fee would never go up and guess what... it never has.
Happy For 21 years! Would do it all over again.

I have been a long time member with HSI. Using the last minute deals in Florida and Hawaii save me well over a thousand dollars. My recent trip to Orlando— the room was a pleasant surprise, clean and close to Disney, a lovely pool and surrounded with restaurants and plenty to do. I stay there again.
