June and Lee are the most welcoming, down to earth hosts I’ve ever met. They truly will do anything for you to make you as comfortable as possible on your vacation, so that you can just relax and enjoy. They treat you like family, like someone they have known for years. The cabins are just the right size and pretty reasonably priced. Very cozy sheets on the beds. There is great access to the beautiful lake with a boat ramp, covered boat slips, and swimming platforms just down the hill. There is a large patio area, covered and not covered, for the whole resort to use. Great place to stay, I highly recommend. We will be back.

Beautiful resort at the top of the hill on Bull Shoals. Lee and June are not only great hosts but do everything in their power to make sure you have a great time. Loved the view...loved the rooms...loved the "your welcome like family" atmosphere...I highly recommend this resort for a wonderful stay on Bull Shoals!!

Had the best time, this place was absolutely great!! Lee, June and Coco were so sweet. Our cabin was clean the beds and lines were great. Fun place to swim at the bottom of the ramp. I had a small injurie and June jumped into doctor mode and helped me out. Very thankful since it was the first day of 6. If you forget something they do have a ray of items. O the big pavilion has a fireplace we were a group of 23 and had plenty of room. Going back next month.

I love what the new owners have done with the resort that my grandparents, Archie & Mary Lanning, built. I hope to visit soon to see it in person. I have many great memories of summers at the resort. I wish the new owners the best of luck and that your family will also gain some happy times.

We finally got a chance to visit Holiday Shores Resort. We came for the total eclipse and were not disappointed. The weather was perfect and we greatly enjoyed it. If you haven't visited the resort since June and Lee bought it I would highly recommend you visit. They've done a wonderful job of fixing the place up and putting their own personality on it. The resort hasn't looked this good in many years.

This resort is absolutely amazing! Lee the owner is always on hand for any needs and is so kind to all of his guests. The ozark guesthouse is perfect for our family of six. The swim dock is awesome for all the family swim time and the rental pontoon runs great. Thanks Lee for always making our vacation perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was beautiful and quiet. The cabins were quaint and clean. The lake was gorgeous, we loved spending a day on the pontoon and exploring it! Lee and June are excellent hosts. Our family had a wonderful time!!

Very nice, clean, well maintained cabins with great deck to relax on. Bed was so very comfortable. Nice gathering area on the property for groups. Close to the water. Owners were very nice. Will definitely return! Wish we had more time to stay and relax there.
