I stay one week every month due to business travel. I request the same room for each stay per my preference of it's location. Everything is always great, but my only suggestion is it seems the shower sliding door seems to be not attached and secured at the bottom which can cause the door to swing out. This may be a safety issue in the future if it were to fall off since it is a full glass door. But other than that, the overall experience when staying one week a month is wonderfu. The staff are always warm and welcoming and makes it feel like my 2nd home!

The location is great. The room we had was very spacious. The bathroom is a little small and bathtub was slick. The bar/lounge was a great atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time in Peoria for a baseball tournament.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly settled into my room.

The room itself was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the variety of pillow options. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels.

The dining area was clean and well-organized, and the staff was always on hand to assist with any requests.

The hotel's location was also perfect for my needs. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay.

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

This hotel had good staff at check-in and the bar/restaurant area. The food and wine very good and attractively priced.

Two items stood out about the rooms. I also liked the walk-in shower and no carpet. It kept the room bright and clean, and the shower/bathroom area large.

My only complaint is with the IHF big shots - the rewards program point system is stingy. I spent 7000 points to get a $30 cut in room price. Alot of points and stays for a small cut. Alternately, to spend points you often have to rent a luxury room with an exaggerated top line price. And states Illinois has the highest hotel taxes with have found travelling from Oregon to Maine.

Fantastic stay! Room and lobby were super clean and well maintained. Staff was professional at check in and check out. Restaurant was great for breakfast and prices were low. Value for the money was great. Will definitely stay here again. Firm pillows would be my only request.

The hotel/bar was nice, clean, friendly staff and bartender! We had the breakfast with our stay which you ordered ahead and picked up, but I don't think it's a good system. There were SO many styrofoam containers used, way to much waste, and the hot food was cold by the time we got back to our room.

Also, we stayed here two weeks prior and left our little 12" floor fan. I called and they had found it and said they would set it aside for when we were back for this stay. Once we got there last weekend they no longer had the fan 🙁

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times but no more. You can almost be guaranteed on a Friday or Saturday evening. They are catering to a traveling high school sports team that stay up all night and slam doors and run up and down the halls. I realize there’s a sports menu down the road and that’s probably why all of the traveling middle school team stay at this hotel. Doors are open and slammed all night long multiple times an hour. If you want a good nights sleep, just stay in one of the other hotels in the area. There are many others to choose from. It’s a shame because I love Holiday Inn, but I can’t stay here anymore.

It was cold and snowy, everyone was tracking in, but every time we came through the lobby someone was cleaning the floor. I'm sure it's a thankless job, but does not go unnoticed, the floor looked clean every time we came through. It's nice to stay in a clean and comfortable hotel. Nice to walk in and the fireplace in the lobby on, when it's so cold outside. Another bonus is that the hotel is close to Lousiville Slugger Dome too! We try to stay here everytime we are in town.
