This is not a five-star resort, but I'm giving it five stars based on what this type of hotel does right. First, the hotel is clean. Spotless, including our room. Second, amenities are good--nice breakfast with lots of choices, an exercise room, and an indoor pool. Third--and the most important festure--the entire staff is NICE! They make direct eye contact, smile sincerely, and engage with polite conversation. How often do you get that ANYWHERE, in this day and age? Thank you for taking care of us. We'll be back if we're in the area.

I had an excellent and comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. Very great service! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and any questions I had were answered. Amazing stay. The rooms are very clean and it’s quiet. There is a pool and it’s also very clean. I would recommend coming here for now on. There’s also a gym and breakfast free for your visit. Staff is very polite and professional, as well as friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is either new or recently remodeled, so everything was clean and fresh. The staff was extremely nice, even getting my husband a box of the tea that they had. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

I enjoyed my stay. I stayed 4 nights and can’t say I wasn’t pleased. There is just one thing I will say I didn’t like and it was the temperature in the room being controlled. I love sleeping in a cold room for better night sleep and I was so hot! Besides the automatic air conditioner, bed was comfortable room was clean and room service was excellent. Staff was attentive. Walls are thin, but I still managed to get my rest. I would recommend and I would book again if in the area.

This was truly a wonderful hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was decent, my only issue..they didn't have hot chocolate, plenty of teas. Also, the sausage patties were pork based. Outside of that, I would definitely return and recommend for family members going to Navy graduations.

We stayed at Zion as our base for my son’s naval graduation. We so GLAD we did! Choose this hotel and you will be so pleased with your experience! Your family will thank you.
Fresh and new decor, clean, spacious and efficient rooms, comfy beds and bedding. GREAT RATES!
It is a boutique style- so only 3 floors- and noise level was very low since building is constructed well.
Zion Holiday Inn is basically a straight shot easy drive to Navy activities, but the hotel is also very close to great shopping, an AMAZING Italian restaurant next door, and so much more. The lobby is great to gather for families to gather and talk, play cards, etc - and the complimentary breakfast was delicious- till 930 am. Coffee in lobby 24 hours. Great pool and workout room as well
Also, it was only 3 degrees when we arrived - but the hotel lobby was so warm and the hallways too!
And the staff! I have stayed so many places, and this staff never stops. Literally, always serving their guests. They welcome you, always smiling, always asking if you need anything, and always cleaning! They were the finest!
We are staying here every-time we visit our son. We thank you Zion Holiday Inn Express!

We’re 3 days into a 7 day stay…so far it has been wonderful. Amazing breakfast and incredible service! They even raised the temp on the indoor pool for our enjoyment! This will be my first pick when I return in a few months!
