I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Valencia, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, everything about this hotel was perfect.||The staff truly made the stay memorable—Julie, Sienna, and Janeth were outstanding. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile made my family and me feel right at home.||The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Housekeeping was impeccable, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our visit.||The complimentary breakfast was a highlight of each morning, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool area was pristine—great for both relaxing and staying active. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, which is always a plus.||The lobby’s modern design and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for the excellent service and quality throughout the hotel. Whether you’re traveling with family or on your own, this is the perfect place to stay in Santa Clarita.||I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express and Suites Valencia and will definitely be back. This IHG is amazing. The staff is so so nice and the breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and in good shape. Will absolutely be staying here again.

I wish I could add specific names but seriously the ladies here are so friendly when you talk to them you’re just drawn to their beautiful smiles so I always forgot to look at their name tags but it’s also just like, everyone, front desk, kitchen, housekeeping.. they better be being treated well because they are employees you want to protect and retain.

I recently ran into problems checking in at the Holiday Inn Express in Valencia and wanted to highlight the exceptional service provided by Sienna (or Sianna). From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, polite, and helpful, even when faced with my ugly behavior.
I admit that my attitude was far from ideal - I was sarcastic and unpleasant at times and not once did Sienna let it affect her professionalism. She remained calm, courteous, and patient, doing her best to assist me within policy guidelines.
Sienna, if you’re reading this, I owe you an apology. I’m sorry for being a jerk. I promise that next time I find myself in a similar situation, I’ll handle it with the maturity and respect you’ve shown me.

I have been to about 20 different holiday inn express across the country from Boston to LA. Theoretically the breakfast is the same, so it’s the little things that make the biggest difference, and just to explain my title headline, it’s measuring against what is possible at a Holiday inn express. When simple things are done well, it makes the travel experience better and gives a weary traveler some comfort. Here in Valencia all the food was prepared by Isabel with care and was delicious, with some unique dishes. Tasty well cooked link sausage, biscuits and gravy, special items like chorizo and eggs and breakfast sandwiches, 3 kinds of omelets. Pancake machine in perfect working order. Lots of goodies for topping the perfectly cooked oatmeal. And one of my favorite small touches, jalapeños. When you open each hot food tray and each one looks tastier than the last, that’s when you know you’re at a special HIE where they take pride in the small things. Thank you again to Isabel for making my Tuesday morning bright. And I want to give a shout out to Waldo for welcoming me to the hotel.

This is the second time we stayed here and our experience was wonderful both times. We are a family of 5 who stay here when we go to Magic Mountain, and the suites with fold out beds work great for us. On our most recent stay, Janeth at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had another exceptional stay, including a thoughtful birthday bag for a birthday in our family. The breakfast that’s included is also a great perk and keeps us coming back!

Nice friendly staff, always ready to help.
Rooms were clean and enjoyable, beds a bit too soft, pillow options are available (firm or soft). Pool always clean, not heated though. Breakfast choices were great, eggs, pancakes, toast, sausages, yogurt, fruit, etc.
pleasant dining area. Laundry facility was lacking, had to download an app to pay for it and then give your credit card number, no thanks!

Clean, bright hotel with good space and a staff that takes pride in what they do. First time i stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in over a decade. We’d stay again at another based on this experience. They seem to have the simple formula down….people want a clean, bright room with a friendly staff. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice. Clean. All the staff members we met were friendly and helpful. The freeway is close, and you can hear it. The bed was comfortable and the pillows are amazing! Breakfast was very nice. Parking was free.
