Our stay at the Holiday Inn was absolutely amazing, and we owe a huge thank you to Tori for saving us from a terrible Airbnb experience. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of!

The shuttle service was a major highlight of our trip. Dee, Jon, and Leonard made every ride so enjoyable with their hospitality and great conversations—we truly looked forward to every trip with them!

The front desk staff, Robert and Silas, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and stress-free.

The hotel itself was in a perfect location, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The shuttle to the beach was such a great bonus, making it super easy to get around.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend this Holiday Inn!

We were booked to stay in the cambria at maderia Beach, but I got a call from Expedia 2 days prior to our holiday to say they wouldn't honour the booking. No explanation was given. We were offered the holiday inn express and I'm so glad we accepted. We enjoyed every second of our stay. From the minute we were warmly greeted at reception by silas and Robert it felt right. I had an accessible room and it was perfect. The hotel is perfect for anyone with mobility issues. Even the pool has walk in steps. The complementary breakfast was more than adequate and hot drinks are available all day plus the room has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The hotel is a little out of the way, but the shuttle bus runs every hour until 9pm, they will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius and collect you. Also it has a back lift and can take a wheelchair or mobility scooter so you can get around easily. The car park is shared with a huge walmart and there are a few places to eat within a short distance. The most special part of the hotel is the staff, manager lizzy, I think was her name who found a scooter hire shop for me. Silas, Robert, Emily,Dee, kevin to name but a few. Every staff member was a credit to the holiday inn brand and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel . ❤️

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff were amazing, friendly, courteous and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very quiet despite a large number of people staying here. I feel like I was the only person in the building. I was attending a friend's funeral and they made my stay wonderfully pleasant. Thank you!

Another enjoyable stay at this quality and full-service hotel! Glad to be greeted by wonderful staff from our previous stays, as well as newer hires. From the welcoming front desk and lobby, spacious comfortable seating entrance way, to the many options in the leisurely dining area and outdoor seating, there are ample opportunities to enjoy the amenities. Thoughtfully prepared and picture-perfect presentation of a variety of healthy and hearty breakfast choices. Well-maintained interior and exterior features!

Nice clean hotel with a professional and friendly staff. Great location convenient to highway, shopping, and beaches. The hotel was decorated for the holidays. Christmas cookies and milk were offered on Christmas Eve. Liked the refillable Dove products and magnifying mirror in the bathroom. I have stayed at this property several times over the last few years. The professionalism, cleanliness, and friendliness have been consistent over the years. I would recommend this property.

My dog and I are staying here while we wait to rebuild our home post Hurricane Helene. The staff have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. They are friendly, professional, and attentive. The hotel is always kept clean and the breakfast is delicious. Thank you so much for making this difficult time a little more comfortable.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a wedding. It was a great price especially for breakfast being included. Our room was spotless! Getting a good nights rest was difficult though. It was unfortunate how hard the bed was and the pillows had no support. The windows were super thin and you could hear all the traffic outside. With the location being in a Walmart parking lot, it was super noisy from people honking and blasting music until midnight. We never really heard our neighbors though, so that was good! When we got breakfast we're were surprised to see how many dogs there were. Which shows how hard the employees clean because I never saw any dog hair...anywhere! Breakfast was okay. It was always stocked and the employees were very nice...I'm just a picky eater. Overall everything was nice except for sleeping, which is important. I know I wouldn't stay in the future because of how bad both nights were. We were happy to get home and sleep in our own beds.

The reason I chose this hotel because I read the reviews from other cheaper places in this area and they were reported having bugs. This place has overall high ratings so I was willing to pay a few extra hundreds and looking forward to a good experience. However, one day during my stay I found a big living roach in my room. It was disappointing since I feel like it’s not worth my choice. The hotel reception did offer a full room service that day. Other than this, breakfast was good, but the same food was served every single day, so not many choices if you stay for a long period.
