We had a great stay! The staff was incredible. We had an issue around midnight our second night when the smoke detector battery died and it started to "chirp." Gray was working the front desk and went above and beyond to resolve the issue with great care and urgency. The breakfast had a good selection and food was hot. Rooms were a nice size. Hotel is very clean. We will stay at this hotel again!

Lindsay at the front desk was very helpful and getting my coworkers into a room. Rooms were clean and can walk to dining. Would stay again for all my corporate needs. ||Parking was well lit and lots of spaces. ||The room was updated to days standards and ice cold air.

STAY HERE!! Excellent customer service, clean room, and a tasty hot breakfast is what you'll receive here. Great location with Walmart right across the street. Plenty of safe parking too! We are IHG members and always stay at Holiday Inn. This is by far one of our most favorite locations. An added plus that we got a room on the 1st floor. Will definitely be back when passing through again. Thank you Holiday Inn!!

Stayed here for a night. The gentlemen working the front desk was great and helpful! There’s food places by the hotel so that was good. The only thing I’d complain about is that there were pee stains on sides of toilet and the shower curtain was not changed and don’t know when it was last changed but it smelled. Other than that, my stay was good.

Dirty rooms, out of date showers and bathtub, no hard wire internet. Stayed there several times paid with CLC never required a personal card they even checked my history. Not once did they have a card on file. Wouldn't let me check in until provided. Breakfast area was dirty.Dirty. I only book with Holiday Inn Express and still this is the worst experience I have ever had.

Lindsey and her staff were absolutely amazing! Lindsey especially went out of her way to accommodate us and make us feel at home. There was 20+ of us here on business. We'll absolutely stay here again when we are in town next. Thanks Lindsey and Parth!!

MOLD! MOLD! MOLD!
I’ve stayed at various Holiday Inn’s and Suites, and the setup of the hotel and rooms are all pretty standard. The thing that’s different here is the cleanliness of the rooms. From the moment I walked in, I remarked to my husband that it was very humid in the room, it felt gross, and smelled like a wet, old hotel room. Assuming it was just probably because it’s a hot summer day, I went along and paid no mind to it. Within a few hours I felt very itchy, and had a rash starting. I recognized it right away as possible mold (damp room, and I’ve had one previous experience getting a rash from mold), and I went over to the AC unit to just check if it was clean, and saw black mold spots all over the vent!!

My husband and I went to the front desk to tell the attendant right away, and he was nice and very apologetic. He switched our room, but all of the rooms he switched us to had black mold in the vents. Each one worse than the last! He didn’t have any other options for us, and said he didn’t know what to do since those were the only available rooms. We’re finding other accommodations ASAP.

I would NOT recommend this hotel. With the level of moisture in every room we were in, the smell from it, and the black mold inside the AC units being blown around… they need some serious work. Considering I was only in the room for an hour total (30 mins when we checked in, left for a few hours, then another 30 mins getting ready for bed) when I started getting a visible rash and scratchy throat, I’d say it’s is a pretty serious health and safety issue.

The front desk staff are the most awesome people! They are super friendly and interact with their customers, making them feel at home. This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend this hotel!
