We stay here when visiting our son’s family. We love this warm, bright, welcoming property. The rooms are always fresh and clean and well lit. The beds are wonderful.
The rooms are designed with all the conveniences a traveler needs from well placed coat hooks to exceptional lighting to comfy beds and a Kuerig coffee maker. That means REAL coffee instead of the awful stuff in other hotels. The bathroom is spacious, clean and bright. The Dove products are convenient and pleasant.
There is nothing to complain about here!!! It’s a great property!

This hotel was very new/well maintained. The bathroom and desk area were set up perfectly. I stay in hotels about 150 nights per year. I am guessing that a fellow traveler must have designed this hotel! My only issue, and it is not specifically with this property, but rather IHG, are the paper folios. I would stay in IHG properties much more often, if they could just email me!

Very comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub were clean with plenty of towels. The breakfast had everything most normal people would enjoy. Always nice to have real orange juice instead of orange drink. The staff were very nice!

This is a great place to stay for Birkie Weekend. The staff opened up breakfast early for all of the skiers. Hotel is new, clean, and very quiet! We were about 45 minutes from Hayward, which made it an easy commute. Highly Recommend!

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We always have a pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean, friendly people work there. Very nice amenities. Nice choices at continental breakfast, but unfortunately the hot food in the chafing dishes weren’t that hot to taste. Overall a pleasant stay.

I want to say thank you to your hotel staff for being so accommodating to our family. We broke down last night and were dropped off around midnight by the tow truck and our family was grateful for a safe, warm room to sleep. We were granted a late checkout and it meant the world to us. Thank you so much to your front desk, the friendly faces in the breakfast area, and the amazing housekeeping staff. We sincerely appreciate you and will stay here every time we visit the area.

We were greeted by Andee and was shown to the Stout room for our celebration, staff was attentive during our time in the conference room, they were polite and helpful.
Our rooms were very nice and larger than I had expected, bathroom was also large, both very clean and welcoming.
checkout was easy and no surprises. a follow up phone call a day later was a welcome assurance that we were valued guests,
