House keeping is very important to me. The housekeeper cleaned our room in a timely manner and I really appreciated her promptness. Hotel overall appearance is clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows comfortable I was able to rest with no problems. Great experience this was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is convenient for me because I have an electric car and a charger is near.

The staff of course was great. But what drew me to write was I was thoroughly impressed with the layout of the room, the decor and use of space in the room. I have not seen a hotel room that intelligently used the space as efficiently and beautifully as yours. Of course the bed was great to sleep in and the added touch of choosing the right pillow guaranteed that it would be a great sleep. I also appreciated all the outlets available for our use of medical equipment and digital devices. Thank you.

Spotless hotel with the best staff I’ve experienced at any hotel. The entire staff, front desk, food servers and cleaning staff were outstanding. We stayed for ten days and were delighted with every aspect of our stay. Cleanliness, friendly, professional staff, convenient location and great breakfast food. Truly, one of the best hotels we’ve experienced in our travels.

The overall appearance of the hotel is lacking. For being a newer property it’s has those little things wrong that you would expect in an older property. The breakfast was late one morning but ahead of time the next morning. The fitness center is excellent. It was well kept and fitted with good machines that functioned well. Treadmills, standing bike, rowing machine, and elliptical. The interactions with the front desk were below average. On check in I wasn’t greeted with the standard points/platinum member welcome line. Desk guy was too busy on his phone to be too dedicated it seems. I had the same experience on checkout, the desk guy paused his laptop to interact with me. My room was clean, but several light bulbs were burned out. Overall, it’s an OK property but if you need to rely on breakfast timing for work and professional service you might want to look elsewhere. This was my 2nd time at the property and I specifically went there to give them a chance to redeem similar issues from last time.

GREAT HOTEL!! Comfortable bed, clean, modern. Best breakfast!! GLUTEN FREE MUFFINS & COOKIES! I did not get sick! We will be back! Cell service (Verizon) in room pretty non-existent but not the hotel's fault, just a heads up.

First time staying here, we visit annually and have stayed at a nearby hotel. Overall, we had a great stay on floor 4, end of hallway. Comfortable bed. Provided all we needed. Loved the water pressure. Only suggestion to improve is to add a large mirror on outside of bathroom for one person to get ready while the other showers.

Came to this hotel that was 15 miles away from civic ctr in trussville ( for training) bc it said built in 2021. How? Beat up, broke down, and staff could care less. Hotel sits behind a neighborhood. Smart TV WAS NOT SMART! Reg TV channels, no internet on TV so no access to YouTube, Netflix, etc. Breakfast was not prepared at scheduled time and front desk was just sitting down saying everyone has emergencies n the lady who does bfast had a family emergency....ice machine broken. No pressure when flushing toilet or taking a shower. Not hot water for tea n no hot coffee...customer is not a priority. My bill was 262, but they took 287 from my credit card! Never going back!

I have stayed in this Holiday Inn several times and always thought it was great until this time. The WIFI connection did not work in either mine or my wife's iPhone. The shower pressure was so hard it was uncomfortable and leaked around the doors and flooded on the floor twice. We had to get more towels to replace the towels in the room as we had to mop up all the water. Bed should have been replaced as was pretty wore out as it had a big dip in the center of the bed and could not get a good nights sleep. It is apparent that that this hotel need some upgrades and maintenance need to go the rooms and perform some maintenance on the rooms.
