We were very happy with out stay. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and there were multiple options. The breakfast host was helpful to determine what was gluten free for me. We stayed for three nights and had no problems at all. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit our daughter.

Stayed one night. The customer service was top notch. They had a small area for drinks, food and toiletries for purchase in the lobby if needed. Complimentary cookies and hot cocoa. Complimentary breakfast in the morning. Most affordable rate in the area.

Worth noting if traveling with a lot of luggage or handicap persons:

There is a single person turn style door and a single person handicap entrance with two doors. Then there are ~10 stairs inside to get to the lobby area. My group had quite a few bags and needed to use a hand cart. With the cart loaded it was really difficult to turn/navigate. I got caught in the entrance between the doors when luggage got stuck on the door and bags fell off. The elevator to the lobby is very tight (it was noted it meets ADA sizing requirements). I could barely fit inside with the cart and did not feel comfortable once the doors closed because it’s an older model and was a bit shakey. When checking out, the front desk suggested I put the cart inside the elevator alone and by the time I walked to the bottom of the stairs, I could press call and it would meet me (takes a minute for its doors to close). This was BRILLIANT. The elevator for the rest of the hotel is regular size and no further problems.

I have stayed at this location a few times. It is conveniently located by the highway and is a short drive to the Merrimack Outlet Mall. There is also a new 24 hour gas station right next to the hotel which comes in handy for my late night flights for a quick snack. It’s a basic hotel, the rooms are quiet and they are clean. I normally stay on the third floor and have never had a problem with cleanliness. My last stay because of a team block booking I was up graded to a suite. Which was a pleasant surprise coming in on a late night flight. Management and housekeeping are doing a wonderful job keeping me coming back!

I have stayed in this hotel many times since my son and his family moved to Merrimack. It is a gem of a hotel right off the highway. The location is handy and the hotel and its staff are really nice. The breakfast buffet has more of a selection than any other hotel I've stayed with. Everything is clean and well-organized. The only time I don't stay there is on the rare occasion when I have to bring my dog with me, because this hotel doesn't allow animals. But I highly recommend this hotel. I am an IHG member, and I think that it's a great value for the money.

I had a great time staying here. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our room was cleaned as much as we wanted during our stay. My only issue is I’d like to see the beds get upgraded. I did have a hard time sleeping on them. Otherwise everything else was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was nice. I will be back in a few months to stay again.

I initially reserved a one-night stay. However, upon arrival, I encountered cleanliness issues in the room, including a bathtub filled with hair, dirt, and debris. Despite a late-night room change, the second room still had trash in the cans and unpleasant odors. The bathroom amenities were empty, leaving me unable to fully wash my hair. Additionally, the heating system was not functioning properly. As a loyal member, I was left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed.

From the moment we arrived, I was already having a great time. We asked for early check in and this was available even though the hotel had been sold out the night before! This was amazing because we had just flown in from Columbus, Ohio and weren't sure what to do if we had to wait to check in until 3pm. The Halloween decorations were supreme. Pam at the desk showed us her favorites and I enjoyed the conversation. The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast options were the same each day but the cinnamon rolls are literally the best. Definitely the place to stay if you're visiting NH.

The building was charming and the revolving door made it feel luxurious. The rooms were clean and the bathroom stocked with soaps in pumps so the amenities were nice. They provided shampoo and conditioner and body wash, lotion and hand soap. First time seeing that for me. The room was nice and the pillows were perfect!
