Patti who worked on Thanksgiving was awesome! Such a welcoming host. Great little pool and hot tub. Nice, quiet stay. We used to stay at this hotel years ago when we had relatives in the area. Always such friendly people that work here.

Only used the hotel for sleeping, but good overall experience. Room was clean and bed was perfect. Blackout shades are always an added perk. Location isn’t bad considering most people wouldn’t chose a Stockton hotel.

The basic room was better than expected. The sink was separate from the toilet and shower. Therefore, I could do my toilet duties while the kids brushed their teeth. There was an additional sink, which was considered a bar sink. Housekeeper kept the room cleaned and stocked daily. Breakfast was satisfying. The manager was very accommodating. Will stay again.

The location was convenient and it had a generally welcoming atmosphere, however the pool room had bugs, the dryer had dead bugs in it and at $2.00 a wash I think they should be more keen on keeping them clean. The vending machine was not working correctly, and construction was being done inside the Hotel and was loud starting at 8am. I do have to say that despite these inconveniences the room was cozy and clean and the provided 6-9 am breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food and drinks.

First of all, If you're coming here at night there are no signs telling you where the hotel is located. My family booked a hotel 3 months prior to our trip and we booked handicap accessible because one of my family members can not walk. When we got here they decided to tell us the elevator was broken and we would have to book another room. The Mexican lady at the front desk with a half up half down hairstyle with a blue bow on her hair and a blue shirt then proceed to tell us," We'll were not going to accommodate you so either go find another hotel or pay" They did not try to call us at all about a broken elevator for handicap people. I have video evidence we are planning to use in court. Their handicap accessible service and desk service is bad. When we got into the rooms they were nothing bit average. Do not stay here customer service is bad and they didn't even want to tell us where our rooms were. You're better off getting an air bnb.

Stayed here for 2 weeks due to work and everything was great.
The hotel staff is what made the difference, from housekeeping, to front desk, and even maintenance!
Patty and Maria are excellent. When we checked in the power went out for over an hour (ended up being a city wide outage), however the way they handled the upset guest was A1 service.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Positive: "" Negative: This hotel is an active construction site. The lobby didn?t exist, the elevator didn?t work, the first floor smelled strongly of paint. Our room was fine once we accessed it (again, through an active construction site) but the overall experience was poor

The entire staff have been outstanding from the time I made reservations a week ago. The service was top-notch. The location is close to everything, including a lagre group of chef inspired food trucks that made lunch or dinner options great. The team at this location was fantastic, and the modern accommodations are excellent, clean, and without issue. Thank you for doing it right!!
