This Holiday Inn Express was over the top wonderful. Bright and clean, giving you a sense of newness upon entering. The Front Desk staff were cordial and courteous during our stay. And our housekeeper couldn't have been more generous, accommodating our needs. I loved how the breakfast area was laid out, with the buffet in a separate area from the coffee and tables. Being spread out, allowed you to move more freely without running into people. Our room was spacious, clean and accommodating. It provided my wife and I, a very comfortable and relaxing stay. If ever in the Heber Springs area again, we will definitely be making a return to this hotel.

Second time I have stayed at the Hotel. The staff is friendly and the King bed with Sofa is a large room. Great space for longer than one night stay. Close to the main roads where you may need to go. Overall the best place for us in Heber Springs. ||Pros: Rooms Clean, Staff friendly and helpful. Pretty much a full hot breakfast, not Restaurant but much more than continental. Hot eggs, Meats and Biscuits and Gravy. Breads and Juices, hot Coffee. Boat parking and electric hookups. | |Cons: No Ice machine on every floor. Pet friendly - never had any issues may be for some. Hotel size refrigerator but no small freezer section.

Such friendly attentive staff! Rooms are clean and well appointed. There's even a guest laundry! It's situated close to restaurants
A BBQ is within walking distance. But mostly it's the staff, everyone from the desk clerk to the cleaning crew. Everyone was smiling and always greeted me. The perfect hotel experience!

Traveler Awareness! Checkin staff was great, very nice young lady. Morning staff, very rude older lady. This lady has no business in customer service! Room nice and clean, but bathroom is a dirty look. Black mold visible in shower area, and bathroom smelled of sour mop. Breakfast was horrible, over cooked and dirty serving area. I don’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Positive: The staff was great very friendly, they were always restocking breakfast or cleaning up. Even the gentleman who took out the trash was super friendly. And our room was huge. Perfect for parents with 4 kids! Negative: The beds weren?t the best. Very VERY soft. Woke up most mornings with a back ache but that may just be personal preference.

We stayed here for two nights .It was amazing .The hotel was very clean .The breakfast was way better than most hotels that offer breakfast .They actually had warm cookies at the desk during evenings .The suites are very nice . The location was pretty also.

Full all you can eat tasty breakfast...Nice clean convenient room with mini kitchenet... microwave and small fridge...nice view of town... decent price 129.00!! Would stay again!!
