What a great experience. Friendly staff, clean rooms and well maintained property. We felt welcome from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The breakfast was very nice. A good selection of breakfast items. Overall a wonderful stay, would have no problem recommending to friends and family.

The staff at the counter for both check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always hot and fresh. I wish there was a little more variety. Bacon one day Sausage the next, back and forth. I was informed that I would get 500 Bonus points per day that I didnt have them clean and straighten my room by hanging the sign on my door. This was not the case; I received 1000 points total and was there for 12 days. Room was very nice. I enjoyed the stay and have book there for my next trip. No Washer or dryer like other Holiday Inn Express' I have stayed at.

Travelling for business my company chose this location for me and I cannot imagine a better choice. From the initial walk through the door the staff was great, check-in was smooth and friendly. When I got to my room, it was at a good temperature, had a great layout, had a refrigerator and coffee machine and all be the amenities I needed to may my 5-day stay comfortable. The breakfast was good and changed slightly every day but offered a good number of choices for a meal to help start your day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone needed to stay in this area.

The staff at this location is top notch. Everyone is so friendly and kind, the ladies from the kitchen were saying good morning to everyone. The hot tub was HOT just the way it should be. The Manager was gracious and the night Auditor also greeted us with a smile and a hello! Will definitely stay here on our next trip up. It is close enough to Chicago that we were willing to make the drive every day, to stay somewhere less congested.

Me and my husband had never stayed here at this location but we had no choice since it was a snow storm. We were happily surprised on how beautiful the room was. The follow day we booked again for our anniversary and it was so quiet and peaceful nothing really to watch on tv but still nice. We went for breakfast and we had the same choices and the only thing that changed were the eggs and I don’t eat those. My husband and anted bacon and no bacon but that is fine as well.

Very clean with great amenities. High ceilings in the room with large comfortable bedding. After a great workout at the hotel gym you can experience great water pressure provided in the showers for cleanliness. After enjoy a breakfast with many options from cereals, tradition eggs and meat, or smaller portions of yogurt, muffins, and hard boiled eggs.

Never had an issue with this location until this stay, always loved it but this time we had to ask for the room to be cleaned couple times and the trash was not taken out for 3 days. House keeping lied and said we put a do not disturb on door but that was far lie! Asked for a refund for the cost of just 1 night after staying six nights and was offered points!

Friendly staff, easy check in and clean. Only issues were the toilet in our bathroom not flushing properly and also you can hear everyone that comes in and out of the rooms next to you- it almost sounds like they’re coming in your room it sounds so close. But other than those two things this was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
