I stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. We had five rooms booked my daughter, the bride her AC unit stopped working the first night. We could never speak with the manager in charge. She would only text the staff at the front desk. They would not accommodate us and move us to another room And refund our money said that the AC would be fixed that evening and it’s 10 o’clock at night now, then informed us that maintenance would not be there till 7 o’clock the next morning maintenance came out finally at 11 o’clock the next morning, while the bride and the groom Had to bunker down in one of our other rooms with other guests that we had due to the fact, it was so hot in the bridal suite they offered two fans to circulate the heat. I will say thankfully they did come out the next day at 11 o’clock to fix the AC because it did work at that point after they changed it out, but the management was horrible non-accommodating the front desk. Staff was a newer trainee And had no sense of anything that was going on. The beds were very uncomfortable the shower liner in the bathroom was ripped. I will say the breakfast was the best of our stay. They stated that the room she was in was one of the ones that need to be renovated then why would you even have it open for booking? We even suggested to refund one of our other king suites that we had booked.To give to the bride and refund our money but no they could not even do that. All in all she had a beautiful wedding and I would not recommend booking at this hotel unless they were under new management

The staff was extremely accommodating. I hardly had any issues but the few I had were minor & handled quickly and efficiently. I was having a hard time with my daughter being in the hospital & not sure exactly when she would be getting out. I had to extend my stay a few times. The front desk was very understanding & helpful. Jesse was even great at helping out in the laundry room when I needed it

Arcadia is small & there's not much to choose from but you can't go wrong with this Holiday Inn. I was staying there to be closer to a family member in a hospital nearby. The staff knew my circumstances and were very helpful & understanding. I also was there when they interacted with other guests. They treat everyone the same. This Holiday Inn has a Grade A staff working for them, from the front desk to maintenance. The hotel is being refurbished. I stayed in one of the new rooms. It was very nice. Even with the construction, it did not bother the guests.

Customer service truly goes a long way in my book, especially when you’re working long hours, like 13 to 16 hour for 6 to 8 days straight. Keyshawn was exceptional — not only professional but also incredibly friendly and kind. He made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. Even though we encountered some challenges with several of our reservations, Keyshawn handled everything with grace and respect. Despite dealing with some less-than-pleasant customers, he remained composed and delivered world-class service with a smile. If every hotel in America had someone like Keyshawn at the front desk, I'd be happy to live in a hotel!

When we arrived Lynn greeted us and was very pleasant. Told us the room we was in and everything. We went into the room and it had a weird smell to which we told Tia when we checked out. She apologized for that and said that floor had just been remodeled. Then trying to go to sleep and the dog next door barked until 11 pm. Then again about 3 and 6 am. We was told that we was upgraded but we had connecting room with someone else. The staff that waited on us was very nice and helpful. I especially want to thank Tia and Lynn.

I'm an Owner/ operator and carried a load here. While I didn't take a room. I was greeted just the same with kindness and care by the front desk ladies and the manager. Awesome hospitality while I waited to be unloaded. Everyone was super nice and I will surely recommend this place to others. Lobby was clean and inviting. I'm sure the rooms speak the same volumes 😊

The rates are absurdly high for this class of facility. Based on our interactions with the local community, their reputation is blatant price gouging because they are the only hotel in the immediate area. Regardless of your IHG status level, you WILL pay 2$ for a bottle of water, no matter what other IHG properties do. That was made blatantly clear to us when I asked. Our room was skipped twice by the cleaning staff. Regular guests told us that is common. We were also barked at when we tried to grab a quick muffin when leaving to catch our flight because breakfast DOES NOT open until 7 on Sundays. Avoid this facility and drive further if you can.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff really polite and helpful. My only complaint was breakfast was not vegan friendly- no plant based milk or butter.
