Rooms are very nicely furnished and clean, the breakfast was outstanding!! Emmy was the most gracious lady who personally excelled in quality and caring about each individual. Thank you to all the staff that made my week stay away from home, feel like I was not away.

Unfortunately had a really bad experience with this hotel. Had an error with the booking dates and they were EXTREMELY difficult to work with. When I called I was on hold for 30 min. They had bad customer service and we’re not understanding or helpful in the slightest. Lost a lot of money:/ DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

The hotel was great, especially the outdoor almost rooftop-like lounge area. We could go right out our room to get some vitamin D in the sun without having to hang out on the street. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel is in a good location. As great as the room and property were, what truly made our stay the best was Teresa at the front desk. Get that girl a raise! She answered all of our questions, gave great recommendations, moved us closer to our friends’ room, gave us a late checkout, and was friendly and funny the entire time. I’d come back again thanks to her!

Front desk was nice and helpful when we ask for places to eat around . Silent aisle 1st floor. Cookies and water in the looby all day that help too if you needs something. Dinning room for breakfast was full the good warm stuff.

We stayed here since it was close to my wedding venue and I'm so glad we choose the Holiday Inn Express. When I checked in, the had roses and a sweet congratulations card for my Fiancé and I on the bed. They hotel was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was also surprising REALLY good. The best breakfast I've had at a mid-range hotel.

A big shout out Emie at Holiday Inn Express in Benicia. She was a superstar. She was such a joy to be around and was so accommodating with our needs.

Rooms were nice...The best part was the showers were hot and the water flow ...The hotel was convenient to the areas we visited.

This place blew any and every expectation we had out of the water, not only was the whole hotel clean but the amenities were great, our room was clean and anything we needed was handled and most things were on site! Like a guest laundry mat! This place was the highlight of our trip. Breakfast was great, the patio area was beautiful, but overall what made our stay was the staff, Teresa and the two gentlemen up front made everything smooth and comfortable. I cannot say it enough this place is amazing. We would stay here 1000 times if we could. Thank you guys for everything
