This place was great. Our 2 bedroom unit was spotless, large and very comfortable. Everything was in working order with spotless pans, dishes, silverware and utensils in the kitchen. The location, with the shuttle bus is great - to and from Stagecoach lift in 5 minutes! Now for a special shoutout to the staff…. Samantha, Katie, Laura and Will all were so very helpful when we had to stay an extra night due to a storm. We would definitely stay here again when skiing Heavenly!

I enjoyed my stay here! Very convenient location to Heavenly Ski resort. Amazing view! The free shuttle is amazing and quick. The skier express is another amazing option that I usually used to get back from the mountain in the evening. Only thing I didn’t like is the jacuzzi didn’t seem clean. Over all a great stay and I’ll be back.

We stayed here over Christmas and had a great time. The resort is beautiful and the location is absolutely stunning.
We checked in on Christmas Eve and did have an issue with the room but Lisa was very patient and kind and accommodating.
The restaurant was a little understaffed but the food was well worth the wait. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant every night of our stay and tried almost everything on the menu, and it was all so delicious.
The hot tub in our building was closed so that was a bummer but we were able to drive over to another building and use theirs.
The ping pong tables and pool tables provided endless entertainment for our son and the skiers express over to stagecoach lodge was super convenient.
The market onsite is a little expensive but it was very convenient to have all of the amenities needed right there.
Our room was great and very comfortable. We had laundry in unit which was super handy for drying our gear and washing our clothes before heading home. Overall we had a great stay, and thank you again Lisa at the front desk for being so helpful and going above and beyond to get our issues resolved. We appreciate it!

The location of this resort is great for those visiting Heavenly. The staff, activities provided, transportation, food options, rooms and feel are great. The quality of two of those categories are a bit lacking though. The buses that shuttle patrons from place to place are a bit inconsistent and overworked at times. Also, the gondola that was built to transport passengers down to the ski area was not working most of the time we tried to use it. The other thing I wish the resort did better was to warm up the indoor/outdoor pool and the jacuzzi to hotter temperatures. The pool was hardly bearable and the jacuzzi could have easily been 10 degrees hotter. Besides that, we had a great time here!

Tahoe Ridge Resort was amazing! Checking in and out was super easy! ! We stayed in the Tower building which was directly across from the Skier's Express Gondola which takes you to the Stage Coach Lodge/Lift. They also have shuttle service down to StageCoach. Either way they made it easily accessible to ski. The resort was very nice! Our room was huge (2 bedroom suite with king sized beds in each room). The room was beautifully updated and decorated. There was a full kitchen, living and dining rooms, fireplace and beautiful views! All the amenities of home! There is also a hot tub right outside the building. There is a grocery store at the bottom of the ridge to stock up. It's about a 10 minute drive to South Lake Tahoe where all the hotels, casinos, shops and lake view drives. Very convenient to get everywhere. I believe there is a shuttle that takes you down to the center of town but we had a car. A wonderful experience all around!!

I had a fantastic 4 day stay at the Ridge. was lucky in that the night that I arrived, there was a large snow storm that came in. The conditions were ideal for Heavenly Mountain and so I took advantage. I was staying at the Tower and it was very beautiful. I would highly recommend this property to return visitors.., it doesn’t get better than Stagecoach lodge on a private Gondola chair. If you have the privilege of dealing with property manager Will or Front Desk Staff member Tamara, I assure you’ll be in good hands.

A perfect place for a family ski trip. If you want to ski Heavenly this is a great spot. There is a gondola that you can walk to at the resort that takes you directly to the stagecoach lift. Our 'villa' was clean and spacious. There are family friendly activities scheduled throughout the day and a movie at night. Lots of sports to pick from and the gym had a good selection of machines, treads and free weights. Short drive to shopping and casinos. We packed our boots and rented skis from shoreline (i highly recommend shoreline. Great hours and the staff couldn't have been nicer. $300 for 5 ppl x 2 days) Everyone I interacted with at the resort was so friendly. Shout out to Tamara at check in, Jeanette at the activities desk and Mike at the bar. I would 100000% stay here again.

We stayed in a villa, and it was very spacious. It’s the perfect winter destination! We were lucky to experience snowfall, which made it feel magical. There’s a gondola from the Holiday Inn that takes you to Heavenly Stagecoach Lodge. Keep in mind that this area doesn’t have beginner slopes, but there’s a shuttle at the base that connects you to Boulder, where you can find beginner-friendly slopes.

The place is quiet and family-friendly—highly recommend it!
