It just took the last driver of the day to ruin the tour experience in Nashville Tennessee. Normally these are great tours. However Rude Rick picked our group up after a tour stop and asked how the tour was. Rude Rick got an honest answer to which he replied our opinions was wrong and the tour was great then continued to excoriate me in front of a full bus of tourists about the opinion held. Rude Rick was passive aggressive obnoxious and condescending. If he didn’t want to know what we thought of the tour that he was picking us up from then he should NOT have asked. January 12 2020. 3pm tour.

Don't buy the $19.99 tote turtle bag with the rope handles. The 1st one broke within 2 hours. Traded it back in. It broke within an hour. Also keep an eye on the prices at the register. T-shirt was supposed to be $14.99. My receipt says $18.99

My wife and I had taken a tour previously that we were very pleased with. However, For certain reasons of our own, we were not satisfied with one tour in Charleston. That aside, I am incredibly amazed at the professionalism and proper way they handled our situation. I even got a letter from the CEO today. For a company to handle things properly is so rare these days and I am so grateful to them. I would definitely take another tour with them again soon!!!! Thank you Historic Tours of America!!!!!!!!!

We went on the Ghost & Gravestones tour in Key West! It was alot of fun. The guide, Stephon, was knowledgeable and very entertaining. And our driver was very sweet. We did specifically chose this as it stated no children under 6. But there were 2 under 6. And they yelled cheese everytime they saw pictures being taken. Kind of spolied the atmosphere. I do not blame the guide. This was a ticketing issue. I'm giving it a 5, because it would have been.

I can not say enough GREAT things about the drivers on the Boston tour.They are so full of knowledge, not only of the city's history but also how to get around. They entertain you with personal touches in the history stories. Our 2 favorites were "Bunker" who is incredible entertaining as he grew up in Boston and knows the city and people VERY well and "Hambone", who I can not say enough great things about. He was a pleasure to talk to and incredible kind. My hubby and I were the last ones on his bus at the end of the day and he brought us almost to the front door of our hotel. I then realized when we got to our room that I had left my cell phone on his bus. The 800 number got a hold of him and he called us back right away, he went out of his way on his own time and delivered my cell phone to me....who does that anymore? We will use this company any chance we get and will spread their good word all of the time. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Pretty terrible customer service. I'm a travel agent looking to confirm tickets for my client. The sales rep was extremely rude when she couldn't find my customer's name. Then proceeded to say: "I'm a sales rep I don't know how that's handled call your company" THEN HUNG UP.

That's fabulous. Definitely will not recommend to other clients or book tours that say "Historic Tours of America".

Five of us enjoyed the Old Town Trolley tour of Savannah! we enjoyed Denise and Chris so much! After lunch I realized my glasses were missing! Spoke with OTT to explain my dilemna!
Fortunately, my glasses were found and I retrieved them from my origination point. This was above and beyond customer service; most companies would have taken the information and forgotten my call! Kudos to OTT and thank you immensely!
