I would give them zero stars, but TripAdvisor does not allow it. Hence the one star rating. Very disappointed with our stay at the Hilton Vacation Club in Tucson, AZ. First off, we booked a one bedroom suite for a one-week stay, but were given a standard hotel room without a balcony. We asked if they could give us the type of room we had booked, but they said they did not have any left. The hotel was about half empty, so we know they were lying to us. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom did shut off and made noise all night long. We had some uninvited guests during our stay which turned out to be cockroaches. The front desk was no help with any issues—we wanted some paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags sent to our room, but the front desk said that they do not have the staff to send it up. I went down to pick up the items and it turns out that the front desk person couldn’t leave the front desk because he was engrossed in eating his take out pizza. Lastly, the location where the hotel was located was not very safe. If you valued your life, you would not go out after dark. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again and will think twice before we book another stay at a Hilton property.

I was invited to my auntie's wedding celebration. The place was beautiful, the toilet was nice and decorated for those who liked the toilet's selfies. The service was good, they were polite and did everything on time. We had a great time there.

Excellent, we would give it 20 stars! We ended up with a whole apartment! 2 bed and 2 bath. Very nice and clean, balcony, Free laundry, nice pool and hot tub.

Gigantic room but overall mediocre experience. It's right on Speedway Blvd so the road noise is significant especially on Saturday night. The staff made you feel like you were imposing on them... like you welcomed yourself into their home. Room was clean but shower was out of soap; they only had one bottle left at the front desk.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When we arrived the room smelled like someone had been cooking steak so that lasted a few days, the tub was great. My hubby is 5'10" and could stretch out, the shower head was not coming out properly but we managed. The key is needed every time you come into the lobby so have that handy, they wont open even if your hands are full. The location is great! Plenty of places within walking distance... not that you want to walk in the heat but the mornings are cool enough for a nice morning stroll. They have a pool and a indoor lobby where you can read and play pool. The room had a safe and the area was comfortable inside. We couldn't get netflix or anything else to work on the TV but we just used our laptops. The AC was cold and the area was a little loud at night with all the Fast and Furious drivers... however, we loved it and will definitely be back.

There were a few issues upon check-in which were not handled the best, and unfortunately the weekend staff couldn't address the issue. I moved on, and the room was great! Nice, roomy, clean. Great A/C. Seemed pretty quiet for the most part with the occasional loud motor from a car along Speedway. Great sunsets from my balcony. I would most likely stay here again.

So the service ladies were awesome. Super polite and helpful. The rooms are like condos so there's kitchens in them. And ours smelled horribly. Like bad food was cooked in it a lot. And there were hairs in the shower. Light switches were dirty. No bed bugs, we check all surfaces with black light, so overall, it is relatively clean. There's no bar restaurant attached, and the area isn't like the safest to walk in with a family or kids. Heavy traffic, and we saw a lot of crackheads about a block away walking.

My car was overheating so I needed to let it cool for 3 hours they let me stay in the lobby till then and gave me water and food. They are so nice and generous. Please stay here and support!
