Decent room. Clean. Not far from Old Town Yuma. $5 drafts at happy hour (5-7pm) Breakfast services was $$$ ($13 for cold cereal, coffee & oatmeal.) Check the ice machines, some are pretty grody. Also room noise from other rooms was above average.

I've been staying a the Hilton Garden Inn in Yuma a few nights every year and they have never let me down. This hotel is probably one of the nicest in Yuma. Every amenity is great. I especially enjoy the full breakfast and pool facilities - it can get hot in Yuma! Their fitness center is will appointed and clean too!

If this wasn’t a business trip I would ask for my money back. The location seems great, it’s right by the river and parks.. yet there is a large homeless population that lives and rummages here.||The rooms are basic at best. Hotel art is secured to the wall with spray foam, wallpaper in the bathroom is pealing, the whole room does not feel like it should be priced $110+ for a night. ||No free breakfast options||The amenities are terrible. You have one washer and two dryers for an ENTIRE HOTEL. Half the time when you ask the desk for quarters they are out and tell you you’ll have to wait for the manager or go to the across the block. ||All in all, there are way nicer places to stay in Yuma. I would not recommend you spend your money for this location.

Hotel is clean, but Camille was extremely disrespectfully. She tried to charge me $200 over the price of the room, and we I pointed it out she told me to shut up so she can figure it out. You could tell she didn’t know how to do her job. Also for such a pricy hotel you would think the breakfast would be included, however they charge and additional $18 for every time you eat breakfast.

Great hotel located by the river with a nice river walk in the back. Pool is decent breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and updated. Air-conditioning worked great which is absolutely required in the summer here.

So, I stayed at this location for 2 nights. Despite having my Hilton Honors set for "High Floors", my room was on the first floor and didn't feel very secure. I felt very unsafe in the room, especially with homeless and drug addicts nearby.

I arrived just after 11 p.m., and by the time I woke up at 8 a.m., I was covered in hives despite my normal allergy medicine routine. Even with stronger doses of my allergy medication, the hives got worse before I left.

The first day, I had some online training to do and connected to their wifi. It was so slow that it took 12 hours to complete 6 hours of the training. The wifi kept dropping out, the network hardline in the room didn't work, trying in the business center made zero difference as the hardline ports still didn't work and the wifi still kept crashing, and even paying the $6 for upgraded internet made no difference. The last 4 hours of the training was done on my phone's hotspot and only took 4 hours.

I never got to spend any time enjoying Yuma because of the horrible internet. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU NEED TO USE THEIR INTERNET.

The parking when I arrived was absolutely packed. I had to wait for a car to leave to get a parking spot.

I never paid for their food because the prices were ridiculous. I definitely would never walk anywhere from this location because of the homeless and drug addicts near the hotel, the heat, and the distance to any place you may want to go.

Overall: Never stay on their 1st floor, do not be surprised to wake up with a rash/hives, and definitely do not go here if you need to use their internet.

It definitely seemed much more like a young, getting drunk, and partying hotel than a good business hotel.

I stayed here to speak at a conference. I can't believe this hotel carries the Hilton name. I guess that's how they fool you into thinking it will be decent. This is a nasty rundown hotel. The carpets are dirty, the tub wasn't clean enough to be comfortable. The sheer curtain feels like people can see you in the room at night. This hotel is more like a Motel 6. If the conference is held here again next year, I will decline.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. I try to ask her a question. She gave me an answer like if I was bothering her. To be honest, our experience is always good. But for some reason, I guess she was just having a bad day. She wasn't even welcoming. As a diamond member, you're not supposed to experience bad service.
