Ok, well, first off for the price, there is no breakfast included. Secondly, we woke up to take showers while rather large it unfortunately, there was no water pressure. The shower head only worked in the center mode and trickled out. Third and final, the beds are extremely stiff and super uncomfortable. I highly recommend looking for a different hotel. we stayed at a different one in the area and will be going back to them in the future. I will not waste my hard earned money to stay here again. It's not worth the value or comfort.

Wonderful. You can get what you want around the clock. Snacks, food, liquor, water. The pool is open. It's clean and modern. They pretty mirrors in the bathroom. I love Hilton 😘😘

This is the second time in three years I have stayed and had no hot water. Told the hostess and still the next day no hotwater Then the ice machine didn’t make ice but sure beeped loud. For hours
I have been on the road for 3 weeks staying in 7 different hotels. This one is the only one I do not recommend l!

Literally up all night on this rock they call a pillow. The rooms look great but I think corporate should look more towards comfort Than aesthetics. Also love how so many hotels in this area have pictures of a hot tub by their pool but the only place near here with a hot tub still is I'm Geneva. If you're coming for a vacation go elsewhere.
Oh yeah and the Chinese water torture leaky faucet is the cherry on top.

In our digital age, we are offered many "time-saving" (usually time saved for employees) options. Hilton offers "digital keys." You can "check-in" on line and ostensibly receive a "key," so you can bypass the check-in desk. Great. I have now tried this three times in three locations and it has never worked. At St. Charles, the online check in worked, but no digital key ever arrived. So, of course, I had to go to the desk for actual keys.||In addition, the room they automatically provided was not the "accessible" room I reserved, so back to the desk. || Note to Hilton: why are the accessible rooms as far from the entrance as possible? My guess is that in case of fire, they want them right next to one of the exits, but contemplate someone on a walker or cane or wheelchair having to roam the halls. One can, of course, drive to that distant entrance (and I did), but then you have to drive back to do luggage (the outer doors are problematic for luggage carts and the rear and side parking usually don't have much in the way of curb-less access).||Unlike virtually every other motel these days, the breakfast at the Garden Inn was not free: $13.50. It was slightly better than say a Hilton Home2Suites breakfast, but $26's worth?

Positive: selected to have the optional breakfast that was not complimentary and the eggs had sitting water in them, the sausage and hash browns were not cooked and the waitress was very rude when telling her about this. We could not eat any of the hot items Negative: the hotel buffet, as stated above

We had our wedding block here over the weekend and can’t recommend this hotel enough. Rooms were clean and spacious, location was easy to get to/ UBER to and from. We worked with Sara and felt everything was coordinated professionally. The coordinator for the breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was also super friendly and accommodating.

My grown daughter, I, and our two cats, traveled to Florida from Minnesota. We chose this hotel because we had had used it in the past. We stayed 8 nights on our trip in various hotels. This was the only hotel that provided us with adjoining connecting rooms, a great convenience for us. The hotel has everything and is a pleasure to visit. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the in-house Bistro. The service is very good. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms showers very good. d. We slept well/ We will always stay here when our trip plans permit.
