Dan was amazing to work with. We told him our wants and needs and he gave us a few great options. We narrowed those options down and he helped us to decide between our short list. The 6 day all inclusive in Playa del Carmen was absolutely perfect and we feel we would not have had the trip we had without Dans professionalism and experience. We can’t wait to book our next trip with Highlands Ranch Travel and Dan.

Jana Emery booked our Alaska Cruise and Land Tour along with a few days in Vancouver following the cruise. Jana was very knowledgeable regarding the various cruise lines and the ports in Alaska and we were so happy to find that everything she suggested made our trip just that much better! She was able to get us some deals with the cruise line that I couldn't get myself. She is well traveled and kept within our budget and a lot of fun to work with. We'll be booking with her again soon!

I used Teryl twice before and did guided tours. Apparently easy is all she does. I called her to do a trip to Peru and Ecuador recently. She spoke with me about it and we chatted about an itinerary. I have now called three times in three weeks and she has not responded. I have sent emails and left voicemails. She had told me she would call me back and had some itineraries in mind. I told her that the budget was not an issue. If you didn’t want to plan the trip, have the courtesy to tell me. Thank you Teryl for ruining the trip. It is getting very close to when we are leaving and is now hard to get tickets to macchu pichu! If you didn’t want to be our travel agent, you should have said something. I will never use this agency again and thanks for ghosting me!

Linda Eyer booked our honeymoon
At a cost of over $10,000. When we arrived our room had back alley view and the accommodations were absolutely incorrect from what we had set up. I reached out to Linda for help she stated she would help and then never called back!!! She left us at the front counter to deal with it ourselves. The only other room available was the presidential suite which costed me over $2000 more.

I have booked multiple trips with this company and after this type of treatment to a loyal customer, I will NOT Be using Highlands Ranch travel again!!!
