This company here is definitely a sweet spot in the industry. You're driving for a purpose here. They don't bother you like you're a child but they are HEAVY on safety! They give you the miles that you're comfortable with. I rock with my dispatcher(keeping his name to myself 😊) that guy is the coolest! You will make the money that YOU WANT to make. And everyone wants to make money but it's not all about that with them. There are so many companies that leave you with NOTHING! This company doesn't play that. It's as fair as it gets and I love it 🤷🏾‍♀️

HighBoost… I stumbled a crossed this company scrolling through Facebook. When I seen the ad for them, I didn’t believe it was real. Being that a lot of companies false advertise. So my recruiter (Chris) I know he got tired of me asking the same questions, “the ad that I seen, is it true.” He reassured me many, many times. So I decided to give them a chance, to see for myself if this was in fact true. The next day I was at the office, yes it was that fast. Upon arrival, the place felt warm, it had that great, I belong here feel. The office personnel was amazing, they welcomed me and it was warming! Bob and his dispatch team felt like a family, Laura & the safety team did an amazing job. Everything that I expected from this company was exceeded, my truck was what I asked for, The CPM, was exact. Im at home here, their niche for details was spot on, with the things that they have in place. Things that no other trucking company have. I’m grateful to be apart of this amazing company. I highly recommend them!!!

Hi I have been here as a driver for a short time.. What was promised to me actually happened. Which is a plus in my book.. They are very easy to work with,. I have extremely high expectations of myself and them so far so good.
Update. Have been here about year and a 1/2 now... And to this day what they do and promise. Yes? Actually what. Happens still!! great company to work for. Come join us you will not regret it if you're willing to work...

Hello again. Finally came back mid July 2024..
The equipment is still good..
But for some reason they seem to go through dispatchers ..i,m on my 3rd since july. Me and. Taylor
my new dispatcher,Were still working out the kinks But she tries..wich is a plus..
Still think they're great people to work for..Always pleasant to talk to when i swing by the office , they generally seem to care about, what's going on.. & making sure i,m up to date on everything. The mechanic Russ is always on top of everything.Making sure safety is priority. If you have a mechanical issue, I don't care if it's one o'clock in the morning he's there making sure everything gets taken care of. Wich is great!!
The ((owner)) thought him well..
Work wise..
I like to keep really busy.!!
I like to say (Sar) my driver manager kept me pretty busy between dispatchers I thought he did a great job..
I do miss the 3500 to 4300 mile weeks first time around..
Hopefully will get busy again.
It's hard being o t r driver and balancing family time.. After 34 yrs of driving.. I like to be home more often.. Then most companies would like..
But they work with me.. Which is greatly appreciated.
Bottom line, i'm a
professional driver.. i do the best I can, with what I have. After all I am here to work..
And I expect the same courtesy from them..

THEY DO HAVE GOOD EQUIPMENT AND THEIR SAFETY DEPARTMENT IS TOP NOTCH..

Company is a joke, they also indulge in illegal hours of service. They also do tax invasion, they make LLC and EIN numbers for drivers so they won't have to pay taxes for them on a w2. They ask drivers what they prefer to drive and go back on the their word or terminate drivers for not be able to change their mind. The dispatchers don't know what they are doing and they close on Sunday and their is no one to answer the phone after hours either. So if you have an emergency than you have to wait for regular business hours to talk to someone.

Worked for the company and went home after being out for 3 weeks so my son got hit by a car on the way to the bus stop. I was at my truck preparing to go back to work. I called and stayed in touch about what happened. So for any single parent you have to be there with your child!! They decided not to release my paycheck because I didn't leave and the rest behind it was me turning in the truck after they lied and said grab a load we'll pay you!!!! Never got it!! So don't fall for the b.s. the recruiter will say anything to get you over there!! Don't believe it!!

I love my new truck and the staff and mechanic are great. Good company to work for. And there overnight parking available.And new trailers so sweet. Pay is on time great miles and brand new equipment awesome company to work for.

Great company to work for, Family oriented.
Hands down one the best if not the best company to work for in the Midwest ! Bobby the GM and President Ivan are great nothing negative to say at all!!!
I worked for a few other carriers in the Chicagoland area and this is hands down the best no questions ask hands down NO BS!!! No words to describe this group of great people at Highboost Corp! I would love to go back to work for them 🙂
