The staff here are so great! Very friendly and helpful in getting my rental arranged when I needed it most. I highly recommend utilizing Hertz for a car rental need! I don’t know what I would’ve done for transportation without them!

Was debating using them for a week long car rental sometime in the next year or two for a vacation trip to Santa Cruz. The prices are an absolute ripoff, the lowest price I saw was 430 dollars per day, or about 3400 for a week. Absolutely not, avoid unless absolutely necessary.

This is basically robbery at this point with those prices because they're the only car rental agency in town, so they can get away with asking for your first born and a blood sacrifice. If have been more agreeable to a 100 dollars a day or even 150, but not 430 bucks for a damned economy 2/4 door car. Maybe it's just the time of the year but as can be seen in the photos this is outrageously overpriced and again, basically theft.

After a wreck left me stranded about 500 miles from home Hertz Susanville picked me up at the hotel and got me into a rental in under an hour. I appreciated the friendliness the kindness and the concern. I can't remember the gal name but she was great and thank you.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Brittany, the employee on duty, not only stayed after hours to make sure all of my loose ends were tied up, but also gave me a ride over to the local Wal-Mart so that I wouldn't miss my bus into Chester. I am beyond grateful. Thank you so much again Brittany!

Apparently they are closed down for the week before and after xmas. Really frustrating as they are the only rental car company in Susanville and there is no info on a website or on phone about how they can be reached.

The lady working the counter named brittany is really rude with customer service along with being absolutely no help of renting a car from them literally had cash and card but still denied for a car along with the Hassel of walking in the cold from the mechanic shop to hertz with 3 children just to be told we can't do rent u car,so I could have been notified over the phone prior to walking my children across town to freeze,thanks a lot,sorry but not sorry ur business is one of the most useless disrespectful places I've ever tried to deal with!! Wouldn't recommend this office for hertz to anyone especially if that brittany lady is working!!!!

Best car rental ever. The employees have a small town mentality. This isn't an insult, they are super friendly and go the extra mile to assist their customers.

Well got referred to go here through AAA, which was hella cool, but we had to WALK!! (They’re supposed to pick you up esp when you have AAA,) all the way there from across town, just to meet with a blonde lady, Brittany I believe her name was, who just had the worst attitude towards us, could’ve been my Native sweater but who knows, anyway, can’t get a car because they won’t accept my debit card, they need a Bank Card, mind you it’s freezing outside and I have three children with me, end up going back across town & made a bank account to have a “bank card” like the woman said but what happens!! This woman tells us NO again, which was the topping to our day!!
