This Hays store really needs to be demolished and rebuilt. It has an odor in it and not just once in awhile either. The produce bins are disgustingly dirty underneath. I just happen to be in there when one of them was down and when I saw what it looked like...all I can say is gross. I only go into this store when I do not want to drive to the other end of town for WalMart. Hays prices are a lot higher too. I only buy sale items.

I had already been to another store and they didn't have what I wanted but I came to Hays Food Town and they had exactly what I was looking for! Velveeta cheese dip and chips was on point because of this stores selection. I hit the registers after that and some chips. Great sales, friendly service and I was on my way.

Awesome place to shop and the staff are a great group of people and always there to help. One of their amazing small town ways of help customers is they still have baggers to take your groceries to your car.
I prefer to shop there anyday over Wal-Mart.

Hey supermarket is a cornerstone of our community I'm particularly partial to what we call in these parts little Hayes the service is always excellent it's a small grocery store compared to the big supermarkets but that's what makes it unique and that's everything you need just a big supermarket together sometimes even better but it's not so large you have to have a passport to get from the pork and beans to the pop tarts you follow what I'm saying small easy to find what you looking for always filled with staff in case you have a question someone's there to help you with any of you needs damn well Western Union there as other services oh I don't have to try to sell little Hayes hell sells itself
