My grandmother is a founding member. She receives garbage care. While in independent living her apartment was in deplorable condition and the cleaning crew did sub par work.

Now that she is in assisted living the staff is rude to my family. She has been in assisted care for ONE WEEK and staff didn’t even notice she was sat alone in silence because nobody bothered to plug her television in. And when asked we were told “it works fine” by a rude woman who seemed to not give a rats ass about her residence. I do not recommend this place for anyone that needs care for a loved one.

I am unable to visit more frequently to assure her care is important to these people due to living 8 hours away. We trusted these people to care for her and they have dropped the ball at every turn.

A family member has been at Harmony since it opened. The administration, oversight and care has consistently been poor to dangerous. I would discourage anyone from signing a lease before asking questions about what is being done to insure safe staffing, nutritious meals and adequate security.

The staff are generally caring people however, your loved one needs a strong advocate to keep on the administration when there are issues. While my loved one was there, administration responded to my concerns. However, after my loved one passed it has been impossible to get the monthly automatic withdraw money refunded. The administration has stopped responding to my questions about when the refund will be forthcoming. That’s very frustrating given the fact that Harmony is holding more than 5,000 that they are not entitled to. But if you choose to pay by check, there is an extra monthly fee for that. So the resident can’t win.

Lovely facility. Dining room staff needs to be trained properly. Residents wait a very long time to have their orders taken. Water, beverages and breads should be served to everyone or at least offered ! The so called morning Brew time is suppose to be a continental breakfast. No decaf coffee. No hot water for the tea bags. No Danish bagel,toast.....nothing! No regular cream for coffee! No one wants to sit and socialize if there is nothing there! New problem: Constant dripping water in laundry area. I reported. Maintenance explained it is from air conditioning unit draining water into washer drain. My question is why is there a loud dripping all day and night.? It is very annoying when trying to sleep. It is very loud !! Refrigerator not working. Found out it was on the same electric circuit as kitchen light. This should not be! Improper wiring. Refrigerator should be on individual circuit. Not on and off with light switch ! Maintenance fix was to plug Refrigerator into regular socket on the counter. Not good!!! I still do not have my name and chapter member signs at my door. Moto: " You can write anything and make it look good...But are you actually full filling what you write".

It's a fabulous community, lots of things to do, Great staffing in place, everyone is smiling, the community smells phenomenal. And the administrator Stacy is world class.
