I stopped by Happy Days Resort and it brought back a lot of great memories when I was a child. I spoke with the brother of the owner Mr. Hanson and its good to see it's still run by the family.
Although I could not stay I highly recommend renting a cabin and enjoing the lake.

Great old school r & r spot. Unplug the tv, shut off the phone, enjoy the peace and solitude of your family. Terrific hosts. Great bicycling, swimming. Low tech and high touch. Come home to where you've never been.
